Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu metode bercocok tanam yang sedang digemari masyarakat Indonesia. Sistem hidroponik tidak mengenal musim dan tidak memerlukan lahan yang luas dibandingkan dengan kultur tanah untuk menghasilkan satuan produktivitas yang sama (Mas’ud, 2009). Dibalik potensinya kedepan yang sangat besar dan penerapan teknologi hidroponik yang terus berkembang pesat, terdapat beberapa masalah yang perlu diatasi. Masalah pertama, tanaman hidrponik masih sangat tergantung pada cahaya, suhu dan kelembapan, disaat cahaya matahari kurang optimal bisa dipastikan kualitas tanaman akan turun dan pasti harga jual tanaman akan turun. Masalah kedua, mengingat hidroponik banyak diterapkan dengan metode tanam vertikal,kualitas tanaman yang di bagian atas dan bawah sangat berbeda. Masalah ketiga adalah perlunya bertanam hidroponik yang mudah dan simpel, singkat kata di masyarakat dibutuhkan ber-hidroponik yang otomatis dan terkontrol mulai dari semai tanaman, masa tanam dan panen yang tentunya dengan kualitas tanaman yang sangat baik. Dari permasalahan diatas, penulis akan melakukan penelitian dengan judul “ Rancang Bangun Otomatisasi Kontrol Suhu, Kelembapan Dan Intensitas Cahaya Pada Budidaya PAK CHOY (Brassica Chinensis L.) Hidroponik Berbasis Logika Fuzzy ”. Sistem kontrol tingkat pencahayaan/intensitas cahaya berbasis logika fuzzy didapatkan dengan nilai PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) 872.1662 untuk set point intensitas cahaya sebesar 8000 LUX. Dengan nilai rata-rata nilai error; positive error 15.37 LUX (0.192%) dan negative error 30.66 LUX (0.386%). Sistem kontrol suhu dan kelembapan cahaya logika fuzzy didapatkan dengan nilai PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) 686.4738 pada set point suhu 280C. Dengan nilai rata- rata error; positive error 0.06280C (0.225%) dan negative error 0. Hasil panen panen tanaman PAK CHOY (Brassica Chinensis L.) berbasis logika fuzzy adalah vii sebagai berikut : tinggi tanaman 20.25 cm; lebar daun tanaman 6.95 cm; jumlah daun tanaman 12.25 buah; bobot segar tajuk 93.625 gr; bobot segar akar 11.4 gr; bobot total 105.025 gr; bobot kering total 18.575 gr; luas daun 25.4125; indeks luas daun 0.03975; klorofil daun 59.94167; penyekapan cahaya 43.2; ketebalan daun 0.4775; dan indeks sampah 0.89.

English Abstract

Hydroponics is one method of farming is being favored Indonesia society. Hydroponic system knows no season and no need for extensive land compared to the culture of the land to produce the same unit of productivity (Mas'ud, 2009). Behind its potential in the future and the implementation of a hydroponic technology continues to evolve rapidly, there are several issues that need to be addressed. The first problem, the plant hidrponik is still very dependent on light, temperature and humidity, when the sunlight is less optimal can be sure the quality of the plants will go down and the plant's sale price will surely drop. The second issue, given many hydroponic methods applied by planting vertically, the quality of the plants that are on the top and bottom are very different. The third issue is the need for hydroponic cultivation that is easy and simple, short words in the community needed air-controlled automatic and a hydroponics ranging from planting period for crops, and harvest the crop quality is certainly very good. From the above problems, the author will conduct research under the title "Architecture of automation control of temperature, Humidity And light intensity On the cultivation of PAK CHOY (Brassica Chinensis l.) Hydroponics-Based Fuzzy Logic ". Level control system of lighting/light intensity-based fuzzy logic PWM value obtained (Pulse Width Modulation) 872.1662 for set point light intensity of 8000 LUX. With the value of the average values of the error; positive error 0192 LUX (15.37%) and negative error LUX (0386 30.66%). Control system of temperature and humidity light fuzzy logic PWM value obtained (Pulse Width Modulation) 686.4738 on the set point temperature of 280C. With an average value of error; positive error 0.06280 0225 C (%) and negative error 0. Harvest harvest PAK CHOY (Brassica Chinensis l.) based fuzzy logic is as follows: high plant 20.25 cm; wide leaf plants 6.95 cm; the number of plant leaf 12.25 fruit; the fresh weight of the heading 93,625 gr; fresh root weight 11.4 grams; the total weight of 105,025 gr; the total dry weight of 18,575 gr; the broad leaves of 25.4125; the broad leaves index 0.03975; 59.94167 leaf chlorophyll; illegal confinement of light 43.2; the thickness of the leaf 0.4775; and trash index 0.89.
