Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengungkapan CSR PT. BNI Tbk dan menganalisis pelaksanaan aktivitas CSR terkait Community Engagement, maupun media pengungkapannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai staff CSR PT. BNI Tbk dan observasi langsung ke 2 lokasi kelompok masyarakat penerima CSR PT. BNI Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menerapkan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian laporan keberlanjutan PT.BNI sub kategori masyarakat dengan standar GRI selama tiga tahun terakhir (2015-2017). Hasil penelitian selanjutnya adanya keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dalam CSR PT.BNI merupakan komitmen pelaksanaan CSR yang bersifat dua arah untuk mencapai mencapai hubungan yang baik dengan stakeholder, melalui program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan (Kampoeng BNI).

English Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify the CSR disclosure by PT. BNI Tbk., analyze the implementaion of CSR activities in regards to Community Engagement, and analyze the medi of the disclosure. The data of this qualitative study was obtained from interviews with the CSR officers of PT. BNI Tbk and from direct observations to two community groups that receive the CSR of the company and analyzed using content alaysis. The results of this study show the conformity between the company’s sustainability report in the subcategory of community with the GRI standars of three years, i.e. from 2015 to 2017. The findings also indicate that the involvements of stakeholders in the CSR is the commitment for the bidirectional CSR implementation to achieve good relationship with stakeholders conducted through partnership program ad enviromental development, i.e. Kampoeng BNI.
