Abstract
Praktik Mandiri Bidan merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang dapat membantu pasien untuk melakukan persalinan selain di rumah sakit. Praktik Mandiri Bidan ditangani langsung oleh salah satu tenaga kesehatan yaitu bidan. Bidan merupakan seorang wanita yang telah mengikuti dan menyelesaikan pendidikan yang diakui oleh pemerintah dan dapat lulus ujian sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah berlaku dan diberi izin secara sah untuk melaksanakan praktik. Penelitian ini fokus yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian adalah klinik bersalin yang ada di kota Malang untuk dievaluasi apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar PMK No. 28 Tahun 2017 tentang Izin dan Penyelenggaraan Praktik Bidan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ruang bersalin yang ada pada objek penelitian dari beberapa aspek yang diteliti yaitu 3 dari 10 aspek dalam PMK No. 28 Tahun 2017 belum terpenuhi, khususnya pada aspek bangunan yang digunakan tidak menyatu dengan tempat tinggalnya. Sedangkan pada aspek yang lainnya sudah cukup terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian untuk bagian klinik bersalin beberapa aspek masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ada. Salah satu aspeknya yaitu penggunaan material lantai yang masih menggunakan material yang berpori yaitu keramik. Sedangkan untuk aspek-aspek yang lain sudah cukup memenuhi standar yang ada pada PMK No. 28 Tahun 2017.
English Abstract
The Midwife's Independent Practice is one of the health facilities that can help patients to give birth other than in the hospital. The Midwife's Independent Practice is handled directly by one of the health workers, namely the midwife. A midwife is a woman who has attended and completed an education recognized by the government and can pass the exam in accordance with the applicable requirements and is legally permitted to practice. In this study, the focus used as the object of research was the maternity clinic in the city of Malang to be evaluated whether it was in accordance with standart PMK No. 28 of 2017 concerning Permits and Implementation of Midwifery Practices. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the delivery room in the object of research from several aspects studied, namely 3 out of 10 aspects in PMK No. 28 of 2017 has not been fulfilled, especially in the aspect of the building used is not integrated with the place of residence. Meanwhile, in other aspects, it is quite fulfilled. The results of the research for the maternity clinic in several aspects are still not in accordance with existing standards. One aspect is the use of floor materials that still use porous materials, namely ceramics. Meanwhile, for other aspects, it is sufficient to meet the existing standards in PMK No. 28 of 2017.
