Abstract
Kualitas dan mutu bunga merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap harga jual bunga krisan. Krisan pot yang memenuhi standar ukuran ideal adalah dengan tinggi tanaman sekitar 2 sampai 2.5 kali tinggi pot. Upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil sesuai standar yaitu menggunakan retardan berupa Daminozide. Daminozide merupakan zat pengatur tumbuh sintetik bersifat menghambat pertumbuhan. Setiap varietas krisan memiliki respon yang berbeda- beda. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan kecepatan tumbuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mempelajari frekuensi aplikasi Daminozide yang tepat pada pertumbuhan dan pembungaan pada masing-masing jenis krisan pot tipe spray sehingga didapat tinggi tanaman sesuai standar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juli 2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Gondang Legi Desa Dawuhan Sengon, Kecamatan Tutur Pasuruan Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian faktorial dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu frekuensi Daminozide dan varietas krisan pot tipe spray. Terdapat 9 kombinasi perlakuan F1V1 (tanpa aplikasi + var. Remix Ungu), F1V2 (tanpa aplikasi + var. Spray Coklat), F1V3 (tanpa aplikasi + var. Remix Kuning), F2V1 (1 kali aplikasi + var. Remix Ungu), F2V2 (1 kali aplikasi + var. Spray Coklat), F2V3 (1 kali aplikasi + var. Remix Kuning), F3V1 (2 kali aplikasi + var. Remix Ungu), F3V2 (2 kali aplikasi + var. Spray Coklat), F3V3 (2 kali aplikasi + var. Remix Kuning). Masing-masing perlakuaan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Variabel yang diamati ialah tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur inisiasi bunga, umur coloring, diameter bunga, diameter tajuk, umur panen, jumlah kuntum per tangkai, jumlah kuntum per tanaman, dan lama kesegaran bunga. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada taraf 5%. Apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya interaksi antara perlakuan frekuensi daminozide dan varietas krisan pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun pada umur 56, 63, 70 dan 77 HST, dan luas daun 56, 63, dan 70 HST. Pada jumlah cabang, umur coloring, diameter bunga, diameter tajuk, umur panen, jumlah kuntum per tanaman dan lama kesegaran bunga menunjukkan frekuensi aplikasi yang tidak nyata. Frekuensi aplikasi 1x (2 MST) pada Remix Ungu (24.67 cm) dan Remix Kuning (26.43 cm) menunjukkan tinggi tanaman yang sesuai standar dan tanpa aplikasi pada Spray Coklat (27.67 cm) menunjukkan tinggi tanaman sesuai standar.
English Abstract
The quality of flowers is a factor that greatly affects the selling price of chrysanthemum flowers. Chrysanthemum pots that meet the ideal size standard are with a plant height of about 2 to 2.5 times the height of the pot. Efforts must be made to obtain results according to standards, namely using retardants in the form of Daminozide. Daminozide is a synthetic growing regulator that inhibits growth. Each chrysanthemum variety has a different response. This is influenced by the difference in growing speed. The purpose of this study was to study the correct frequency of Daminozide applications on growth and flowering in each type of chrysanthemum spray type so that the plant's height is obtained according to standards. The research was conducted from April to July 2021. This research was conducted in Gondang Legi Hamlet Dawuhan Sengon Village, Pasuruan District of East Java.This research was conducted in Gondang Legi Hamlet Dawuhan Sengon Village, Pasuruan District of East Java. This research was a factorial research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consists of two factors, namely daminozide frequency and varieties of chrysanthemum pot spray. There were 9 treatment combinations F1V1 (without application + var.Remix Ungu), F1V2 (without application + var. Spray Coklat), F1V3 (without application + var. Remix Kuning), F2V1 (1 time application + var. Remix Ungu), F2V2 (1 time application + var. Spray Coklat), F2V3 (1 time application + var. Remix Kuning), F3V1 (2 times application + var. Remix Ungu), F3V2 (2 times application + var. Spray Coklat), F3V3 (2 times application + var. Remix Kuning). Each of them was repeated three times. The observed variables were plant height, leaf area, number of leaves, number of branches, age of flower initiation, coloring age, flower diameter, header diameter, harvest age, number of florets per stalk, number of florets per plant, and length of freshness of flowers. The research data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level. If there is a real effect, then it is continued with a further test of Honest Significant Difference (HSD) at the 5% level. The results showed that there was an interaction between the treatment of daminozide frequencies and chrysanthemum varieties on plant height parameters, the number of leaves at ages 56, 63, 70 and 77 DAP, and leaf areas of 56, 63, and 70 DAP. On chrysanthemum plants there are differences in growing speed including fast group (Remix Kuning), medium (Remix Ungu) and slow (Spray Coklat). The one-time application of daminozide at the age of 2WAP on the Remix Ungu with a height of 24.67 cm and the Remix Kuning with a height of 26.43 cm indicates the height of the plant according to standard. While without application on Spray Coklat with a height of 27.67 cm has shown the height of the plant according to standard
