Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel, yaitu variabel yang menjadi faktor antecedent dari GSCM, yakni strategic orientation, government regulation, dan variabel Yang menjadi faktor outcome dari GSCM yakni, environmental performance dan financial performance. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha menengah sektor makanan dan minuman Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cluster random sampling dengan melibatkan 114 respoden dan penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPls 3,0 sebagai alat uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tedapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara strategic orientation dengan GSCM, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara government regulation dengan GSCM, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara GSCM dengan environmental performance, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara GSCM dengan financial performance, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara environmental performance dan financial performance.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain about influence between antecedent and outcome factor of GSCM, the antecedent factor on this research is strategic orientation and government regulation, the outcome factor on this research is environmental performance and financial performance. An object in this research is a medium entreprises in food and beverage sector at Pasuruan Regency. This research using a cluster random sampling with 114 respondent, and this research also use SmartPLS 3,0 as data analysis. The result of this research indicate that there are strategic orientation variable influenced significantly toward GSCM, government regulation variable influenced significantly toward GSCM, GSCM variable influenced significantly toward environmental performance, GSCM variable influenced significantly toward financial performance, environmental performance variable influenced significantly toward financial performance.
