Abstract

RINGKASAN Bagus Pratolo Aji Wijaya, Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Brawijaya, Juli 2018, Pengaruh Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Proyek Konstruksi Terhadap Kinerja Kontraktor, Dosen Pembimbing: Achfas Zacoeb dan Yulvi Zaika. Sumber daya di dalam proyek konstruksi merupakan salah satu hal paling vital pada proses konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengelolaan sumber daya proyek yang secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kontraktor. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor apa saja dan sejauh mana faktor yang berasal dari pengelolaan sumber daya proyek konstruksi (manusia, material, perlengkapan, dan metode pelaksanaan) serta faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor pada proyek pembangunan gedung Al Azhar Kampus II Tazkia Internasional Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Kec. Dau, Kab. Malang. Untuk itu digunakan pengambilan data sampel pada 30 orang yang terkait pada proses pembangunan gedung tersebut. Analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan analisa regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor adalah tidak efektifnya manajemen kualitas, tidak tersedianya bahan secara cukup yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, pemeriksaan terhadap kinerja kontraktor tidak dilakukan untuk proyek tetapi hanya berdasarkan reputasi pada masa lalu. Sedangkan, hasil analisa regresi didapatkan persamaan Y = 179,834 – 0.697 X1 - 1.998 X2 - 0.875 X5 dimana nilai variabel terbesar yang berpengaruh negaitf dan signifikan adalah sumber daya peralatan, kemudian sumber daya manusia, dan terakhir adalah faktor eksternal. Kemudian hasil dari regresi didapatkan bahwa sumber daya proyek berpengaruh sebesar 54,7% terhadap kinerja kontraktor dan 45,3% disumbangkan oleh variabel yang tidak ada di dalam penelitian.

English Abstract

The resources within the construction project are one of the most vital things in the construction process. This study aims to analyze the project resources management that simultaneously affect the contractor’s performance. The problems raised in this research are how the management of construction project resources ( human, material, equipment, and methods of implementation) and external factor are reviewed on the contractor's performance in the construction project of Al Azhar Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) in the district of Dau, Malang. For this purpose, sampling data were collected on 30 people involved in the building process. Analysis using multiple regression analysis and analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0. From this research, the dominant factors that influence the contractor performance are the ineffectiveness of the quality management, the unavailability of materials in accordance with the needs, and inspection of contractor performance is not done for the project but only based on the reputation of the past. Meanwhile, the result of regression analysis shows the equation Y = 179,834 - 0.697 X1 - 1.998 X2 - 0.875 X5 where the largest variable value influencing the significant and significant is the equipment resources, then the human resources, and the last is the external factor. With result of the regression was found that the project resources had an effect of 54.7% on the contractor's performance and 45.3% was contributed by the variable that was not in the research.
