Abstract
Terjadinya wabah covid-19 secara global membuat kerugian pada berbagai pihak dan berdampak pada berbagai sektor, terutama pada sektor ekonomi. Hal ini dikarenakan banyak jumlah para pekerja yang di PHK serta banyaknya para pelaku usaha yang terpaksa menutup usahanya, salah satunya yaitu terjadi dikabupaten Situbondo. Namun apabila ditinjau berdasarkan jumlah transaksi secara online masih cukup sering dilakukan oleh masyarakat, bahkan mengalami peningkatan terutama saat bertransaksi melalui e-commerce, salah satunya bukalapak. Jika didasarkan pada penggunaan e-commerce, perlu adanya strategi guna mngjangkau lebih banyak pelanggan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Oleh sebab itu perlu pengidentifikasian terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen dalam bertransaksi menggunakan kembali e-commerce disaat pandemi covid-19 ini. Faktor-faktor yang terlibat, bisa ditinjau melalui pengguaan theory of planned behavior yang terdiri dari faktor sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juli 2021 dan bertempat di kabupaten Situbondo, provinsi Jawa Timur. Penggunaan sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik judgment sampling dengan responden yang masing-masing terdiri dari 20 responden berdasarkan kategori remaja, dewasa dan lanjut usia. Adapun pada pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner secara online. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square atau SEM-PLS dengan softwerenya berupa Warppls versi 7.0 Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku mempunyai pengaruh terhadap niat konsumen dalam bertransaksi kembali menggunakan e-commerce bukalapak saat pandemi covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada ketiga variabel tersebut menghasilkan pengaruh yang signifikan serta positif. Variabel sikap berpengaruh signifikan didukung dengan adanya indikator biaya pengiriman yang murah, adanya rasa aman dari covid-19 dan indikator produk yang ditawarkan lebih bervariasi. Sementara pada pengaruh divariabel norma subjektif terbantu dengan adanya indikator pengaruh dari keluarga dan teman terdekat dalam menggunakan e-commerce. Adapun pada variabel kontrol perilaku yang berpengaruh signifikan dibantu dengan adanya indikator rasa kemudahan saat bertransaksi dan indikator kebutuhan kuota internet untuk melakukan transaksi menggunakan e-commerce.
English Abstract
The global COVID-19 outbreak has caused losses to various parties and has an impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector. This is because a large number of workers have been laid off and many business actors have been forced to close their businesses, such as in Situbondo district. However, when viewed based on the number of online transactions, it is still quite often done by the public, and even has increased, especially when transacting through e- commerce, one of which is Bukalapk. If it is based on the use of e-commerce, there needs to be a strategy to reach more customers in fulfilling their daily needs. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that influence consumer intentions in transacting using e-commerce during this covid-19 pandemic. The factors involved can be reviewed through the use of the theory of planned behavior which consists of attitude factors, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control. This research was conducted in July 2021 and took place in Situbondo district, East Java province. The use of the research sample amounted to 60 which was determined by using judgment sampling technique with respondents, each consisting of 20 respondents based on the categories of adolescents, adults and the elderly. The approach used is quantitative with data collection methods using online questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square or SEM-PLS method with the software in the form of Warppls version 7.0 The research conducted showed the results that the attitude variables, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control had an influence on consumer intentions in transacting again using Bukalapak e-commerce during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the analysis on the three variables produced a significant and positive effect. Attitude variables that have a significant effect are supported by indicators of cheap shipping costs, a sense of security from covid-19 and indicators of more varied products offered. Meanwhile, the variable influence of subjective norms is helped by indicators of the influence of family and closest friends in using e-commerce. As for the behavioral control variables that have a significant effect, they are assisted by an indicator of a sense of ease when transacting and an indicator of the need for internet quota to conduct transactions using e-commerce.
