Abstract
Investasi asing langsung menjadi pilihan yang paling diminati oleh para investor karena melakukan investasi langsung investor dapat memiliki kontrol terhadap dana yang telah diinvestasikan. Investasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pembangunan dan kesejahteraan salah satunya di negara- negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, dan Gross Domestic Product terhadap Foreign Direct Investment. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah negara berkembang di ASEAN. Sampel penelitian yang telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu negara Brunei Darussalam, Filipina, Indonesia, Laos, Kamboja, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, dan Vietnam periode tahun 2014-2018. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, dan Gross Domestic Product dan variabel dependen adalah Foreign Direct Investment. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Human Development Index berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment, variabel Ease of Doing Business Index berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment, dan variebel Gross Domestic Product berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, dan Gross Domestic Product berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 72,7% foreign direct investment (FDI) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independennya Foreign Direct Investment dipengaruhi oleh Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, dan Gross Domestic Product.. Sisanya sisanya 27,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel makroekonomi yang lain.
English Abstract
Foreign direct investment is the most desirable option for investors because direct investment allows investors to manage the control of the funds that have been invested. Investment plays an important role in supporting development and welfare one of them in developing countries. Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, and Gross Domestic Product on Foreign Direct Investment. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study is developing countries in ASEAN. The research samples were approved in the countries of Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam for the 2014-2018 period. The independent variables in this study are the Human Development Index, the Ease of Doing Business Index, and Gross Domestic Product and the dependent variable is Foreign Direct Investment. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test), the Human Development Index variable results in a significant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment, the Ease of Doing Business Index variable has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment, and variebel, Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Simultaneous hypothesis test results (Test F) Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, and Gross Domestic Product have a significant effect on foreign direct investment. Determination Coefficient Test Results (R2) obtained a value of 72.7% foreign direct investment (FDI) will be determined by the independent variable Foreign Direct Investment is carried out by the Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, and Gross Domestic Product .. The rest satisfied 27.3% is set by other macroeconomic variables.
