Abstract
Perencanaan suatu kawasan destinasi wisata diperlukan Perencanaan Biaya Investasi pada Infrastruktur destinasi wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik destinasi wisata pada Kawasan Desa Wisata Barito, memetakan destinasi wisata prioritas pada Kawasan Desa Wisata Barito, merencanakan kawasan/infrastruktur destinasi wisata prioritas pada Kawasan Desa Wisata Barito sesuai dengan aspek fisik, aspek teknis, aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan, merencanakan biaya investasi kawasan/infrastruktur destinasi wisata prioritas pada Kawasan Desa Wisata Barito dengan menggunakan analisis finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method. Metode ini menggunakan penggabungan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara berurutan. Penetuan jumlah sampek menggunakan purposive sampling, yakni ditentukan berdasarkan kebutuhan data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara Terstruktur, Wawancara Mendalam, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka. Karakteristik informan ditentukan berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan jabatan. Kondisi fisik Destinasi Makam Mbah Setyo Setuhu, Wisata Kopi Redjo dan Wana Wisata Winong dalam tahap beroperasi dan perlu adanya pengembangan dan pembangunan. Pada destinasi wisata Njulung Agroedu Tourism, Sumber Wiwit dan Wisata Kampung Enem dalam kondisi terbengkalai, tetapi para pengelola pada tahun ini akan berencana menghidupkan dan mengembangkan lagi. Destinasi Workshop UMKM dan Pusat Informasi Barito dalam kondisi perencanaan. Pemetaan destinasi wisata prioritas pada Kawasan Barito dinilai berdasarkan rekomendasi para informan pada saat wawancara serta berdasarkan beberapa indikator diantaranya kebutuhan para pengunjung, kenyamanan para pengunjung serta tingganya para wisatawan. Penggunaan aspek biaya investasi untuk mewujudkan konsep pembangunan infrastruktur yang berkelanjutan dengan menyeimbangkan aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan. Perhitungan analisis kelayakan infrastruktur pada destinasi wisata prioritas dikatakan layak. Sehingga pengembangan infrastruktur pada Kawasan Desa Wisata Barito dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Saran yang diberikan pengelola wisata, pemerintah desa dan pemerintah pusat. Saran diberikan untuk pengajuan hasil analisis kelayakan perencanaan infrastruktur kepada investor maupun pemerintah, kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pengelola wisata serta peningkatan kegiatan promosi destinasi wisata prioritas
English Abstract
Planning for a tourist destination area requires investment soct planning on the infrastructure of the tourist destination. This research was conducted to identify the physical condition of tourist destinations in the Barito Tourism Village Area, map priority tourist destinations in the Barito Tourism Village Area, plan the priority tourist destination areas/infrastructure in the Barito Tourism Village Area according to the physical aspects, technical aspects, economic aspects, social aspects. and environmental aspects, planning the investment costs for the area/infrastructure of priority tourist destinations in the Barito Tourism Village Area using financial analysis. This research uses a mix method approach. This method uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling, which is determined based on data needs. The data collection method used Observation, Structured Interview, In-depth Interview, FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Documentation and Literature Study. The characteristics of the informants were determined based on age, gender and position. The physical condition of Mbah Setyo Setuhu’s Tomb Destinations, Redjo Coffee Tour, and Winong Tourism Wana Area are in the operating stage and need development and development. At the tourist destinations of Njulung Agroedu Tourism, Sumber Wiwit and Kampung Enem Tourism are in an abandoned condition, but the managers this year will plan to revive and develop it again. The MSME Workshop destinations and the Barito Information Center are in planning conditions. The mapping of priority tourist destination in the Barito Region was assessed based on the recommendations of informants during interviews and based on several indicators including the needs of visitors and the height of the tourists. The use of the investment cost aspect to realize the concept of sustainable infrastructure development by balancing economic aspects, social aspects and environmental aspects. The calculation of the feasibility analysis of infrastructure at priority tourist destinations is said to be feasible. So that the developmentof infrastructure in yhe Barito Tourism Village Area can be carried out to increase the economic growth of the community. Advice given by tourist managers, village government, and central government. Suggestions are given for submitting the results of the feasibility analysis os infrastructure planning to investors and the government, counseling and mentoring activities to tourism managers and increasing promotion activities of priority tourist destinations.
