Abstract

Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Kediri memiliki tugas dan peran penting untuk menjalankan tujuan pemerintah Kota Kediri untuk menumbuhkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan menciptakan UMKM perseorangan atau badan usaha produktif dan mandiri sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah pusat. Wirausaha Baru merupakan program Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Kediri dengan metode pemberian teori Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Kewirausahaan, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diharapkan dapat memberi dampak menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang trampil, inovatif dan menciptakan wirausaha baru yang membuat kehidupan mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif memberikan penjelasan atau gambaran secara objektif terkait keadaan sebenarnya dan wawancara dilakukan secara mendalam. Agar data yang diperoleh akurat dari yang bersangkutan dan dapat menjawab seluruh rumusan masalah. Fokus penelitian ini berdasarkan dari fase inisial, fase partisipatoris, fase emansipatoris. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi Pemberdayaan Dinas Koperasi UMKM dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Kediri dalam memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah sudah berjalan cukup baik. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Kediri pada fase Inisial berperan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Pada fase partisipatoris Dinas Koperasi Kota Kediri sebagai penyelenggara berkolaborasi dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah. Selanjutnya fase Emansipatoris bahwa UMKM sudah menemukan cara untuk mengembangan usahanya sendiri, dan Dinas Koperasi Kota Kediri memiliki tanggungjawab dalam memberikan pengawasan, perlindungan dan pengembangan kepada UMKM di Kota Kediri.

English Abstract

The Department of Cooperatives, UMKM and the Workers of the City of Kediri have the duty and important role to carry out the goals of the City Government of Kediri to grow the economy of the community by creating individual UMKM or productive and independent business entities in accordance with the objectives of the central government. New Entrepreneurship is a City of Kediri Dinkop Program with the Provision of Entrepreneurship Theory, Entrepreneur Motivation, Training and mentoring which are expected to have an impact on creating skilled, innovative human resources and creating new entrepreneurs that make life independent. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Where in descriptive qualitative research provides an objective explanation or picture related to the actual situation and interviews are carried out in depth. So that the data obtained is accurate from the person concerned and can answer the entire problem statement. The focus of this research is based on the initial phase, the participatory phase, the emancipatory phase. The conclusions obtained from this study indicate that the Empowerment Strategy of the UMKM Cooperative Office and the Workforce of the City of Kediri in empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises has been running quite well. Empowerment carried out by the Cooperative Office of UMKM and the City of Kediri Workforce in the Initial phase plays a role by providing training and counseling. In the participatory phase the Kediri City Cooperative Office as the organizer collaborated in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Furthermore, the Emancipatory phase that UMKM have found a way to develop their own businesses, and the Kediri City Cooperative Office has the responsibility in providing supervision, protection and development to UMKM in Kediri City
