Abstract

Implementasi model pembelajaran self directed learning ialah model pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara mandiri dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi terdiri dari perencanaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat di SMA Al Hikmah Boarding School Batu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis data berasal data primer dan data sekunder sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari informan yang terdiri (kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, pendidik, dan peserta didik), fenomena dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah peneliti sendiri, pedoman wawancara dan perangkat penunjang.

English Abstract

Implementation of self directed learning learning model is a learning model that is carried out independently in carrying out the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation consists of planning, monitoring and evaluation as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors at the Al Hikmah Boarding School in Batu. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach and the type of data derived from primary data and secondary data while the source of data in this study comes from informants consisting (principals, vice principals in the curriculum, educators, and students), phenomena and documents. Data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation and research instruments used were the researchers themselves, interview guidelines and supporting tools.
