Abstract

Pembentukan Desa Wisata sebagai salah satu program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal. Salah satu desa yang dicanangkan menjadi desa wisata adalah kawasan Desa Wisata Barito (Bambang, Bringin, dan Patokpicis). Berbagai upaya dilakukan terkait dengan perencanaan destinasi yang dibuat salah satunya adalah destinasi ekonomi / UKM. Destinasi ekonomi / UKM merupakan salah satu langkah yang diharapkan di bidang ekonomi guna meningkatkan taraf kesejehateraan masyarakat di kawasan Desa Barito. Perencanaan yang dilakukan dalam bidang ekonomi/ UKM antara lain melakukan identifikasi terhadap potensi yang eksisting dan potensial. Kegiatan identifikasi diharapkan dapat memunculkan destinasi ekonomi baru melalui kelayakan finansial pembuatan destinasi. Kelayakan finansial destinasi ekonomi/UKM merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengetahui apakah perencanaan tersebut nantinya akan layak atau tidak untuk dilakukan. Berkaitan dengan kelayakan finansial ini, menggunakan analisis asumsi pendapatan, biaya yang dikeluarkan, arus aliran kas (Cashflow), Nett Present Value (NPV), IRR, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), dan perhitungan payback period. Hasil identifikasi yang ditemukan diperoleh informasi bahwa Desa Barito memiliki potensi ekonomi terkait dengan pembentukan showroom dupa,Barito Dairy Murni Industry, Unit usaha budidaya lebah klanceng, showroom batik D’Ring Bringin, Barito Gallery Hidroponik, Penggerak Ekonomi Ternak “Ayam Petelur”, D’Rabbits Farm of Barito, B-Opak Chips, Unit kerajinan UKM Mendong dan Karpet Rafia Barito, Aktivitas BUMDes, dan Pusat Kerajinan Pandai Besi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, semua rencana pembentukan destinasi memiliki kelayakan pembentukan yang berkelanjutan

English Abstract

The establishment of a Tourism Village as one of the programs launched by the government is expected to increase the potential and income of local communities. One of the villages that was proclaimed to be a tourist village is the Barito Tourism Village area (Bambang, Bringin, and Patokpicis). Various efforts have been made related to destination planning, one of which is economic / SME destinations. Economic destinations / SMEs are one of the steps expected in the economic field to improve the welfare of the people in the Barito Village area. Planning carried out in the field of economy/SMEs includes identifying existing and potential potentials. Identification activities are expected to create new economic destinations through the financial feasibility of making destinations. The financial feasibility of an economic/SME destination is one of the efforts to find out whether the planning will be feasible or not to be carried out. In connection with this financial feasibility, using an analysis of income assumptions, costs incurred, cash flow (Cashflow), Net Present Value (NPV), IRR, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and calculation of payback period. The results of the identification found obtained information that Barito Village has economic potential related to the establishment of an incense showroom, Barito Dairy Murni Industry, Klanceng bee cultivation business unit, D'Ring Bringin batik showroom, Hydroponic Barito Gallery, Activator of the Livestock Economy "Layer Chicken", D' Rabbits Farm of Barito, B-Opak Chips, Mendong and Rafia Barito Carpet UKM craft unit, BUMDes Activities, and Blacksmith Craft Center. Based on the results of the analysis, all destination establishment plans have the feasibility of a sustainable establishment
