Abstract
Padi menjadi tanaman pertanian yang berperan penting dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakat. Penanganan pasca panen padi berpengaruh penting terhadap hasil produksi beras. Penggilingan padi keliling adalah suatu usaha penggilingan padi yang dilakukan berkeliling dari tempat satu ke tempat lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis uji kinerja dan analisis ekonomi pada mesin pengiling padi keliling. Parameter uji kinerja yang diukur meliputi kapasitas masukan, kapasitas keluaran, kapasitas kerja penggilingan, rendemen giling, efisiensi pecah kulit dan efisiensi penyosohan serta penggunaan bahan bakar. Sedangkan untuk parameter ekonomi menganalisis biaya usaha, pendapatan, rasio manfaat dan biaya (Net B/C), nilai tunai bersih (NPV), tingkat suku bunga pengembalian modal (IRR), titik impas usaha (BEP), serta metode pengembalian modal (Payback Period). Dari hasil penelitian kinerja didapatkan kapasitas masukan mesin 684,86 kg/jam, kapasitas keluaran mesin 229,88 kg/jam, kapasitas kerja penggilingan 344,468 kg/jam, rendemen giling yang dihasilkan 63,195 %. Efisiensi mesin pecah kulit 77,475% dan efisiensi penyosoh 82,012 %. Untuk konsumsi bahan bakar solar sebesar 195,895 kg/liter. Analisis ekonomi menghasilkan data pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp. 73.932.855 per tahun dengan nilai NPV 12% Rp. Rp 305.003.849, nilai NPV 15% sebesar Rp 269.493.900, nilai Net B/C 1,746 dan IRR sebesar 37,77%. Sementara untuk titik impas usaha akan tercapai saat penerimaan 30.911,5 kg dengan periode pengembalian modal ketika usaha berjalan 2,182 tahun.
English Abstract
Rice is an agricultural crop that plays an important role in the sustainability of people's lives. Post-harvest handling of rice has an important effect on rice production. Mobile rice milling is a rice milling business that is carried out around from one place to another. The purpose of this study was to performance test and economic analysis of the mobile rice milling machine. Parameters measured in performance test include input capacity, output capacity, working capacity of milling, mill yield, peeling efficiency and grinding efficiency as well as fuel use. Meanwhile, the economic parameters include operating costs, revenue and income, the ratio of benefits and costs (Net B/C), net cash value (NPV), interest rate of return on capital (IRR), break even point (BEP), as well as the method of payback (Payback Period). From the results of the performance research, the input capacity of the machine is 684.86 Kg/hour, the output capacity of the machine is 229.88 kg/hour, the working capacity of milling is 344.468 Kg/hour. The resulting milled yield is 63,195%. The efficiency of the peeling machine is 77.475% and the polishing efficiency is 82.012%. For diesel fuel consumption of 195.895 kg / liter. The economic analysis generate data with a net income of IDR 73,932,855 per year, a 12% NPV value of IDR 305,003,849, a 15% NPV of IDR 269,493,900. The Net B/C value is 1.746 and the IRR is 37.77%. With the break-even point is 30,911.5 and payback period is 2,182 years.
