Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat merupakan permasalahan umum yang hampir terjadi pada setiap negara berkembang. Negara harus bertanggungjawab penuh untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup warga negaranya sehingga hidup layak. Hal ini dilakukan melalui kebijakan yang tepat sasaran sehingga kebijakan tersebut akan membawa dampak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa. Melalui BUMDes, program-program desa diharapkan dapat bisa berjalan. Adapun tujuan dibentuknya program BUMDes adalah untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendorong berkembangnya kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat di desa. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program BUMDes dan melihat dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat yang diberikan.

English Abstract

The low level of social welfare is a common problem that almost occurs in every developing country. The state must take full responsibility to improve the welfare of its citizens’ lives so that they lives a decent life. This is done through policies that are targeted so that the policy will have an impact on people’s welfare. The government of Indonesia has enacted Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Through Village Owned Enterprise, village programs are expected to work. The purpose of establishing the Village Owned Enterprises program is increase the level of comunity welfare and encourage the development of community economic activities in the village. Therefore this research wants to conduct an evaluation of the implementation of the Village Owned Enterprise program and see in improving the social welfare of the people provided.
