Abstract
Pandemi covid-19 yang saat ini menyerang berbagai negara di dunia khususnya Indonesia memberikan dampak dan perubahan terhadap berbagai sektor di Indonesia, salah satunya sektor wisata. Agrowisata Café Sawah merupakan salah satu wisata yang terletak di Pujon Kidul, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Wisata Café Sawah merupakan salah satu wisata yang terkena dampak dari adanya pandemi covid-19. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi covid-19 membuat para tenaga kerja harus menyesuaikan diri dengan kebiasaan baru atau dengan melakukan adaptasi. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi tenaga kerja terhadap pandemi covid-19, mengetahui strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja Café sawah dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan tenaga kerja Café Sawah dalam melakukan adaptasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Agrowisata Café Sawah, Pujon Kidul, Kabupaten Malang dengan pertimbangan Café Sawah merupakan salah satu wisata yang terkena dampak dari pandemi covid-19. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan hasil sampel sebesar 55 responden serta analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan regresi logistic dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja café sawah dapat dengan baik mendeskripsikan pengetahuan mengenai pandemi covid-19, seperti penjelasan virus covid-19, gejala yang dialami akibat terinfeksi virus covid-19, dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat adanya pandemi covid-19 dan perkembangan informasi mengenai covid-19. Selanjutnya strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja Café Sawah antara lain melakukan protokol Kesehatan, melakukan vaksinasi sebanyak dua kali, membuat peralatan penunjang protokol Kesehatan secara mendiri, mengikuti pelatihan pengembangan skill dan memiliki pekerjaan sampingan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tenaga kerja dalam melakukan kegiatan adaptasi hanya terdapat dua faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu variable usia (X1) dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X3)
English Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemi which is currently attacking various countries in the world, especially Indonesia, has had an impact and changes on various sektors in Indonesia, one of which is the tourism sektor. Café Sawah Agrotourism is one of the tours located in Pujon Kidul, Malang Regency, East Java. Café Sawah Tourism is one of the tours affected by the COVID-19 pandemi. The impact of the COVID- 19 pandemi has forced workers to adjust to new habits or adapt. Therefore, this study aims to describe the perception of the workforce on the Covid-19 pandemi, find out the adaptation strategies carried out by the Café Sawah workforce during the Covid-19 pandemi and analyze the faktors that influence the decision making of the Café Sawah workforce in adapting. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research location was conducted at Café Sawah Agrotourism, Pujon Kidul, Malang Regency with the consideration that Café Sawah is one of the tours affected by the COVID-19 pandemi. Determination of the sample was carried out using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 55 respondents and the data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics and logistic regression with the help of SPSS. This study uses one dependent variable (Y), namely adaptation and four independent variables (X), namely, age (X1), education (X2), number of family dependents (X3), and economic conditions (X4). The results showed that the rice field cafe workers were able to properly describe knowledge about the covid-19 pandemi, such as the explanation of the covid-19 virus, the symptoms experienced due to being infected with the covid- 19 virus, the impact caused by the covid-19 pandemi and the development of information about covid. -19. Furthermore, the adaptation strategies carried out by Café Sawah workforce include implementing Health protokols, vaccinating twice, making health protokols supporting equipment independently, participating in skill development training and having side jobs. The faktors that affect the workforce in carrying out adaptation activities. There are only two faktors that have a significant effect, namely the age variable (X1) and the number of family dependents (X3).
