Abstract

PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) pada industri pesawat terbang. Perusahaan ini berpusat di Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. Dalam setiap unit yang ada memiliki fungsi kerja masing-masing dalam menjaga kualitas pesawat terbang dari konsumen perusahaan. Salah satu proses yang dilakukan dalam unit maintenance pesawat terbang adalah proses sanding (pengamplasan). Proses sanding dilakukan pada area sanding workshop, proses yang dilakukan didalamnya berupa proses penyemprotan abrasive material berupa pasir silika pada komponen-komponen pesawat terbang. Pada bulan Agustus 2021, terdapat laporan adanya potensi bahaya risiko yang terjadi serta berpotensi dapat berdampak pada kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan kerja akibat area sanding yang mengalami kerusakan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan identifikasi hazard dan risiko yang timbul untuk menentukan pengendalian risiko yang tepat perlu dilakukan analisis terkait kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan kerja yang terjadi agar nantinya dapat diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang tepat terhadap rating risiko pada kategori rendah, menengah, dan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, proses analisis risiko kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan kerja pada area sanding workshop dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Determine Control). Proses identifikasi hazard dan risiko dilakukan melalui hasil observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara terhadap pekerja yang selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian risiko menggunakan tabel risk matrix dengan melakukan perkalian nilai likelihood dan severity untuk memperoleh rating risiko. Selanjutnya, dilakukan control risiko dengan mengacu pada hierarchy of control melalui tahapan eliminasi, subtitusi, perancangan teknik, administratif, dan PPE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 18 potensi bahaya dengan total 54 risiko yang ada di seluruh area sanding workshop diantaranya adalah akibat dari faktor lingkungan, faktor alat dan benda kerja, faktor bahan kerja, maupun faktor dari pekerja sendiri. Setelah dilakukan penilaian risiko dari seluruh risiko yang ada di area sanding workshop di identifikasi terdapat 12 risiko tinggi (High Risk) yaitu sebesar 22.2% dari total risiko, terdapat 29 risiko sedang (Medium Risk) yaitu sebesar 53.7% dari total risiko, dan juga terdapat 13 risiko rendah (Low Risk) yaitu sebesar 24.1% dari total risiko yang terjadi pada area sanding workshop. Selanjutnya, rekomendasi perbaikan digunakan sebagai saran kepada perusahaan khususnya pada area sanding workshop dalam menjalankan proses yang dilakukan didalamnya untuk mencegah kerugian akibat potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan kerja dimasa yang akan datang.

English Abstract

PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. is a company engaged in the field of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) in the aircraft industry. The company is headquartered in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. Each existing unit has its own work function in maintaining the quality of aircraft from the company's consumers. One of the processes carried out in the aircraft maintenance unit is the sanding process. The sanding process is carried out in the sanding workshop area, the process carried out in it is a process of spraying abrasive material in the form of silica sand on aircraft components. In August 2021, there were reports of potential hazards that occurred and could potentially have an impact on accidents and occupational health problems due to the damaged sanding area. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the hazards and risks that arise in order to determine the appropriate risk control, it is necessary to carry out an analysis related to accidents and occupational health problems that occur so that later recommendations for appropriate improvements can be given to the risk rating in the low, medium, and high categories. In this study, the process of analyzing the risk of accidents and occupational health problems in the sanding workshop area was carried out using the HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control) method. The process of identifying hazards and risks is carried out through the results of observations, questionnaires, and interviews with workers which is then carried out a risk assessment using a risk matrix table by multiplying the likelihood and severity values to obtain a risk rating. Furthermore, risk control is carried out with reference to the hierarchy of control through the stages of elimination, substitution, engineering design, administration, and PPE. Based on the results of the study, there were 18 potential hazards with a total of 54 risks that existed in the entire sanding workshop area including environmental factors, tools and workpiece factors, work material factors, as well as factors from the workers themselves. After conducting a risk assessment of all the risks in the sanding workshop area, it was identified that there were 12 (High Risk) which amounted to 22.2% of the total risk, there were 29 (Medium Risk) which was 53.7% of the total risk, and there were also 13 (Low Risk), which is 24.1% of the total risk that occurs in the sanding workshop area. Furthermore, recommendations for improvement are used as suggestions to the company, especially in the sanding workshop area in carrying out the processes carried out in it to prevent losses due to potential hazards and risks of accidents and occupational health problems in the future.
