Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan produktivitas kerja terhadap pencapaian target kinerja auditor selama diberlakukannya work from home. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling yaitu tipe pemilihan sampel dimana populasi mempunyai anggota/unsur yang tidak homogen dan berstrata secara proporsional. Objek penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja di 4 KAP di Jakarta Selatan dengan jumlah 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan Uji T untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk menguji pengaruh secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap pencapaian target kinerja auditor selama diberlakukannya work from home, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pencapaian target kinerja auditor selama diberlakukannya work from home dan produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap pencapaian target kinerja auditor selama diberlakukannya work from home. Dari tiga hipotesis yang ada, terdapat satu hipotesis yang tidak diterima dan dua hipotesis yang diterima. Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh sebesar 37,10 % terhadap pencapaian target kinerja selama diberlakukannya work from home, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,90% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam model regresi penelitian ini.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environment, and work productivity on achieving auditor performance targets during the implementation of work from home. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method conducted by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique in this study. The sample in this study was obtained using the proportionate stratified random sampling method, namely the type of sample selection where the population has members/elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. The object of this research is auditors who work in several KAPs in South Jakarta with total 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression and T-test to test the partial regression coefficient and F-statistics to test the effect simultaneously. This study indicates that the workload has a significant positive effect on the achievement of the auditor's performance targets during the implementation of work from home, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the auditor's performance targets during the implementation of work from home and the work productivity has a significant positive effect on the auditor's performance targets during the implementation of work from home. Of the three existing hypotheses, all three views were accepted. Of the three existing hypotheses, there is one hypothesis that is not accepted and two that are accepted. Workload, work environment and work productivity have an effect of 37.10% on the achievement of performance targets during the implementation of work from home, while the remaining 62.90% is influenced by other variables not discussed in the regression model of this study.
