Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Insentif terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan melalui variabel intervening yaitu Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner. Peneliti menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu proportionate random sampling dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 23,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Insentif secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Variabel Motivasi kerja secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Insentif secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui variabel Motivasi Kerja.

English Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables namely Occuppational safety, Occupational Health, and Incentives on the dependent variable namely Employee Performance through the intervening variable namely Work Motivation. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The researcher used probability sampling techniques, namely proportionate random sampling using Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 78 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the Path Analysis method with the help of software SPSS 23,0. The results of this study indicate that Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Incentives are positive and significantly influence the Work Motivation. Variable work motivation is positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Occuppational safety, Occupational Health and Incentives are positive and significantly influence Employee Performance. Furthermore, there are indirect effects between the variables of Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Incentives on Employee Performance through Work Motivation variables.
