Abstract
Komitmen keorganisasian merupakan aspek penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di BUMN. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) untuk meneliti komitmen keorganisasian karyawan dalam konteks BUMN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan dan sumber daya pekerjaan terhadap komitmen keorganisasian serta efek mediasi keterikatan kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dari 115 karyawan PT Pelindo Marine Service. Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen keorganisasian, sumber daya pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen keorganisasian, dan hubungan-hubungan tersebut dimediasi oleh keterikatan kerja
English Abstract
Organizational commitment is an important aspect in increasing human resource quality in state-owned enterprises. This research uses the Job Demands- Resources (JD-R) to study employee’s organizational commitment in the context of state-owned enterprise. The objective is to assess the effect of job demands and job resources on organizational commitment and the mediating effect of work engagement. The data was harvested from questionnaires distributed to 115 employees of PT Pelindo Marine Service. Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for the analysis. This study finds that job demands negatively affect organizational commitment, that job resources positively influence organizational commitment, and that work engagement mediates these relationships.
