Abstract

Kopi merupakan pohon perkebunan yang banyak ditanam di dataran tinggi Indonesia. Kopi banyak dinikmati oleh anak muda dengan usia produktif. Saat ini, kopi menjadi salah satu gaya hidup yang tidak dapat dilepaskan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Perkebunan Kopi Desa Wisata Taji terletak di Dusun Krajan, Desa Taji, Kec. Jabung, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Luas lahan yang ditanami kopi adalah 28 Ha yang mampu memproduksi biji kopi sebanyak 15 ton/tahun. Aktivitas dalam rantai pasok dapat menimbulkan risiko yang dapat mengurangi kualitas maupun kuantitas produksi yang dapat berdampak negatif berupa kerugian bagi produsen. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Identifikasi dan penilaian risiko rantai pasok kopi untuk menentukan tingkat pengaruh terhadap alternatif strategi yang akan digunakan untuk memitigasi risiko yang terjadi.

English Abstract

Coffee is a plantation that mostly grown in the highlands of Indonesia. Coffee is mostly interested and enjoyed by young people of productive age. Coffee is a lifestyle at this time that cannot be separated by Indonesian people. The Taji Tourism Village Coffee Plantation is located in Krajan, Taji Village, Jabung, Malang, East Java. The area planted with coffee is 28 hectares, which can produce 15 tons of coffee beans /year. In the supply chain activities can cause a risk that can reduce the quality and quantity of production which is have a negative impact like a producer loss. Then it is necessary to identify and risk the coffee supply chain to determine the level of influence on the strategies that will be used to mitigate the risks that can be occur.
