Abstract
KUD Subur merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pertanian khususnya komoditi tebu. Kerjasama petani tebu dengan KUD Subur membentuk rantai pasok yang menyalurkan tebu hingga ke Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung. KUD Subur memiliki permasalahan, yaitu kinerja pemasoknya mengalami penurunan berupa kualitas tebu dari petani tebu binaan KUD Subur belum memenuhi standar, seperti kotor, tidak segar, atau cacat. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja Pabrik Gula berupa penurunan kualitas gula yang diproduksinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja rantai pasok tebu di KUD Subur dan menentukan strategi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok tebu di KUD Subur.
English Abstract
KUD Subur is a cooperative engaged in agriculture, especially sugarcane. The cooperation between sugarcane farmers and KUD Subur forms a supply chain that distributes sugar cane to the Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung. KUD Subur has a problem, namely the performance of its suppliers has decreased in the form of the quality of sugarcane from sugar cane farmers guided by KUD Subur have not met the standards, such as dirty, not fresh, or defective. This affects the performance of the Sugar Factory in the form of a decrease in the quality of the sugar it produces. This study aims to determine the level of sugarcane supply chain performance in the Subur KUD and determine the improvement strategies that can be done to improve the performance of the sugar cane supply chain in the Subur KUD
