Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui efektivitas penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi atas penggajian dan pengupahan pada Kampung Coklat Blitar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan data primer, seperti observasi, hasil wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan, dokumen, dan data sekunder seperti metode kepustakaan. Adapun tahapan teknik analis data yaitu melakukan analisis terhadap unsur-unsur sistem informasi akuntansi yang kemudian dibuat suatu simpulan dalam memberikan penilaian efektivitas sistem dan prosedur penggajian serta pengupahan pada Kampung Coklat Blitar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sistem informasi akuntansi atas penggajian dan pengupahan telah sesuai dengan proses dan prosedur yang diterapkan oleh Kampung Coklat Blitar walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan, seperti adanya perangkapan tugas pada bagian personalia dan keuangan.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the application of accounting information systems on payroll and wages in Kampung Coklat Blitar. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that uses primary data in the form of observations, interviews with the company, documentation, and secondary data such as library methods. The data analysis method used were analyzing the elements of the accounting information system then concluded in providing an assessment of the effectiveness of the payroll and wages systems and procedures in Kampung Coklat Blitar. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the accounting information system on payroll and wages are in accordance with the processes and procedures applied by Kampung Coklat Blitar, eventhough there are still shortcomings such as the existence of dual tasks in the personnel and finance department.
