Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang mendukung terhadap minat penggunaan software akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang dikemukaka oleh Venkatesh. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan pelaku UMKM di Kota Malang yang telah mengetahui adanya software akuntansi namun belum menggunakannya. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan kondisi yang mendukung meiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan software akuntansi, sedangkan pengaruh sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat UMKM dakam penggunaan software akuntansi.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition that support the interest in using accounting software. This research is based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. The sample of this study was SME in Malang City who knew occounting software but haven’t use it yet. This study uses Partial Least Square s (PLS) with SmartPLS application in analyzing the data. The result of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition have a positive effect on interest in using accounting software, while social influence do not have effect on interest in using accounting software
