Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang diungkapkan menggunakan indikator GRI G4 tahun 2015- 2016 dan GRI Standards tahun 2017-2019 dan variabel kesehatan bank diukur dengan RGEC Non Performing Loan (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap Nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2019. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan kesehatan bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Akan tetapi jika dianalisis berdasarkan pada komponen pembentuk kesehatan bank menunjukkan bahwa NPL sebagai salah satu komponen pembentuk kesehatan bank tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the corporate social responsibility variables that are disclosed using the 2015-2016 GRI G4 indicators and GRI Standards 2017-2019 and the bank health variable is measured by the RGEC Non Performing Loan (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), return on Assets (ROA), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of the value of the firm measured by Tobin's Q. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. The number of samples in this study were 40 companies which were determined using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using multiple regression test. The results of this study indicate corporate social responsibility and bank health have a significant effect on firm value. However, if analyzed based on the components that make up the health of the bank, it shows that the NPL as one of the components that make up the health of the bank has no significant effect on firm value.
