Abstract
Resin komposit adalah salah satau bahan restorasi yang sering digunaan di kedokteran gigi. Resin komposit memiliki kelemahan yaitu mudah berubah warna apabila terpapar zat pewarna. Perubahan warna dari resin komposit dapat disebabkan oleh faktor instriksik dan ekstrinsik. Kopi robusta (coffea robusta) merupakan minuman yang mayoritas dikonsumsi masyarakat indonesia. Minuman kopi bersifat asam karena mengandung asam klorogenat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa perbedaan perubahan warna bahan restorasi resin komposit hybrid dengan nanohybrid pada perendaman minuman kopi robusta. Rancangan penelitian adalah eksperimental laboratorium pretest dan postest only control group menggunakan sampel resin komposit hybrid (FiltekTM Z250) dan resin komposit nanohybrid (FiltekTM Z250 XT). Jumlah sampel adalah 24 sampel, yang kemudian dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol (12 sampel) dan perlakuan (12 sampel). Kemudian kelompok kontrol direndam dalam aquades dan kelompok perlakuan direndam dalam minuman kopi robusta, dibagi dalam 4 kelompok, yaitu kelompok 1, 2, 3 dan 4 (masing-masing 6 sampel). Hasil analisis data dengan uji one way anova menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara komposit hybrid dan komposit nanohybrid yang direndam dalam minuman kopi robusta (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perubahan warna nanohybrid lebih tinggi dari komposit hybrid.
English Abstract
Composite resins are one of the most frequently applied restoration materials in dentistry. Composite Resin has a weakness that easily changes color when exposed to dyes. The discoloration of composite resins can be caused by instrinsic and extrinsic factors. Robusta coffee (Coffea robusta) is a drink that the majority consumed Indonesian people. Coffee drinks are acidic because it contains chlorogenic acid. The purpose of this research is to analyze the difference in color change of the restoration material of hybrid composite resin with nanohybrid on immersion robusta coffee drinks. The research draft is experimental laboratory pretests and Postest only control group using composite hybrid resin samples (FiltekTM Z250) and Nanohybrid composite resin (FiltekTM Z250 XT). The number of samples is 24 samples, which are then divided into control groups (12 samples) and treatment (12 samples). Then the control group is immersed in the aquades and the treatment group is soaked in robusta coffee drinks, the sampels were divided into 4 groups, as follows: groups of 1,2,3 and 4 (respectively 6 samples). Data analysis result with one way ANOVA test indicates there is a difference between hybrid composite and nanohybrid composite soaked in robusta coffee drink (P = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is the higher color change nanohybrid than hybrid composite.
