Abstract
Lupus merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit autoimun kronis multisistem. Tingkat aktivitas penyakit dalam eksaserbasi dan remisi lupus yang muncul merupakan salah satu faktor yang menimbulkan kurangnya produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendampingan kewirausahaan terhadap produktivitas kerja penyintas lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. Penelitian ini dirancang secara eksperimental melalui pendekatan pretest-posttest design. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 responden dengan masing-masing 16 responden dalam kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan The Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire (WPAIQ) untuk mengukur produktivitas kerja. Uji hubungan dua variabel menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk. Uji statistik menggunakan Paired T-Test yang bermakna jika nilai signifikansi <0,05. Independent T-Test yang bermakna apabila nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Penghitungan statistik dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05). Hasil analisis data Paired Sample T-Test kelompok intervensi diperoleh nilai signifikansi (p-value) adalah 0,016 < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan rata-rata 2 sampel yang berpasangan sehingga hasil dari kelompok intervensi terdapat pengaruh pendampingan kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil Independent Sample T-Test posttest kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi bernilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,033 < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hasil rata-rata posttest kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Kesimpulan penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran penyintas lupus akan pentingnya produktivitas kerja dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia.
English Abstract
Lupus is a type of chronic multisystem autoimmune disease. The level of disease activity in lupus exacerbations and remissions is one of the factors that causes a lack of work productivity. The research supposses to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship mentoring on the work productivity of lupus survivors at Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. This research was designed experimentally through a pretest-posttest design approach. Respondents consisted of 32 respondents with 16 respondents each in the control group and the intervention group. The research instrument uses The Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire (WPAIQ) to measure work productivity. Test the relationship between two variables using the Shapiro Wilk normality test. The statistical test used Paired T-Test and Independent T-Test which is meaningful if the significance value is <0,05. Independent T-Test which is meaningful if the significance value is <0.05. Statistical calculations were carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 application with a 95% confidence degree (α=0.05). The results of data analysis Paired Sample T-Test in the intervention group obtained a significance value (p-value) is 0.016 < 0.05, concluded that there is a difference in the average of 2 paired samples so that the results of the intervention group have the effect of entrepreneurship assistance on increasing work productivity. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test posttest the control group and the intervention group had a value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.033 < 0.05, then there is a significant effect between the average posttest results of the control group and the intervention group. The conclusion of the study is expected to increase the awareness of lupus survivors on the importance of work productivity in meeting basic human needs.
