Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh website quality dan perceived risk terhadap repurchase intention yang dimediasi oleh trust. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk dari Lazada. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 230 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa website quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust dan repurchase intention. Perceived risk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap trust dan repurchase intention. Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Trust secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh website quality terhadap repurchase intention. Trust secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh perceived risk terhadap repurchase intention. Trust berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial (partial mediation)
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of website quality and perceived risk on repurchase intention with the mediation of trust. The population is customers who have made any purchase in Lazada. Using purposive sampling, 230 people were selected as the respondents. The data of this research was analyzed using Partial Least Squares. This study finds that website quality positively and significantly affects trust and repurchase intention, that perceived risk has a significant and negative effect on trust and repurchase intention, and that trust positively and significantly influences repurchase intention. Furthermore, trust has significant partial mediation roles in the effect of website quality and repurchase intention and in the impact of perceived risk on repurchase intention
