Abstract
Lanjut usia merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang berisiko tinggi mengalami penurunan kesehatan terutama dimasa Pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan selama 5 dekade terakhir persentase penduduk lansia di Indonesia meningkat 5 kali lipat. Pada lansia, status kesehatan erat kaitannya dengan perubahan psikososial dikarenakan kemampuan fisik dan psikologis akan mempengaruhi kemampuan lansia dalam berinteraksi sosial. Kebutuhan psikososial yang tidak terpenuhi akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup lansia terutama di masa pandemi ini dimana diberlakukan pembatasan sosial yang juga mengakibatkan masalah psikososial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status kesehatan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial lanjut usia selama pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Malang. Penelitian menggunakan desain analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 385 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner HSQ-12 dan kueisoner Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Psikososial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan status kesehatan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial lanjut usia selama pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Kota Malang (p = 0,000; α = 0,05). Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan meneliti faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial.
English Abstract
The elderly are a group of people who are at high risk of declining health, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, while over the last 5 decades the percentage of the elderly population in Indonesia has increased 5 times. In the elderly, health status is closely related to psychosocial changes because physical and psychological abilities will affect the elderly's ability to interact socially. Unmet psychosocial needs will affect the quality of life of the elderly, especially during this pandemic where social restrictions are imposed which also result in psychosocial problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between health status and the fulfillment of the psychosocial needs of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Ciptomulyo Health Center Work Area, Malang. The study used a correlational analysis design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample amounted to 385 respondents who were selected based on the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection using the HSQ-12 questionnaire and the Psychosocial Needs Fulfillment questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that there was a correlation between the health status and fulfillment of the psychosocial needs of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Ciptomulyo Health Center Work Area, Malang City (p = 0.000; = 0.05). For further researchers are expected to examine other factors that affect the fulfillment of psychosocial needs.
