Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh User interface quality dan Information quality terhadap E-customer loyalty dimediasi Oleh E-customer engagement Pada Pengguna Aplikasi Tokopedia Kota Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pengguna Aplikasi Tokopedia yang bedomisili di Malang. Kemudian sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus Rao. Melalui rumus tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Data pada penelitian ini diolah dan di analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi smart PLS dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan diagram jalur. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian: 1. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel user interface quality terhadap e-customer loyalty, variabel information quality terhadap e-customer engagement, variabel e-customer engagement terhadap e-customer loyality dan terdapat kemampuan mediasi e- customer engagement pada pengaruh information quality terhadap e-customer loyalty. 2. Tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel information quality terhadap e- customer loyalty, user interface terhadap e-customer engagement, dan variabel mediasi e-customer engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh user interface terhadap e-customer loyalty

English Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of user interface quality and information quality mediated by electronic customer loyalty by users of the Tokopedia application in Malang City. This research is quantitative research with explanatory research method. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all users of the Tokopedia application who were domiciled in Malang. Then the sample was selected by purposive sampling method and using the Rao formula. Through this formula, a sample of 97 people was obtained. The data in this study were processed and analyzed using the smart PLS application with descriptive statistical analysis and path diagrams. After processing the data, the research results obtained: 1. There is a positive and significant effect of the user interface quality variable on e-customer loyalty, information quality variable on e-customer engagement, e-customer engagement variable on e-customer loyalty and e-customer engagement mediate the effect of information quality on e-customer loyalty. 2. There is no effect of the information quality variable on e-customer loyalty, the user interface on e-customer engagement, and the e-customer engagement is not able to mediate the effect of the user interface on e-customer loyalty
