Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi komitmen pada SMK Turen Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 guru dari SMK Widya Dharma dan SMK Turen Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Dari 114 kuesioner yang dikumpukan, data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan komitmen memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen sebagai variabel mediasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi SMK Turen Malang dalam upaya mengoptimalkan potensi
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work discipline on teacher performance by mediating commitment at SMK Turen Malang. This research is a quantitative research with the method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 132 teachers from SMK Widya Dharma and SMK Turen Malang. This study uses a saturated sample. Of the 114 questionnaires collected, the data obtained were then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The results of the study indicate that the variables of competence and commitment has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. While work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, the results of this study also show that the commitment variable as a mediating variable has a positive and significant influence on the competence and work discipline variables on teacher performance. The implications of the research results are expected to be input for SMK Turen Malang in an effort to optimize potential
