(2022) Pengaruh Pemberian Asam Parasetat (Paracetic Acid) Terhadap Kelimpahan Bakteri Vibrio sp., plankton Blue Green Algae (BGA) dan Performa Pertumbuhan Udang Vannamei (Litopenaeus Vannamei) pada Sistem Budidaya Semi Intensif. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
SR perlakuan A memiliki rata-rata 67,33% perlakuan B memiliki rata-rata 28,77% dan produktivitas perlakuan A memiliki rata-rata 1222,6 kg perlakuan B memiliki rata-rata 622.2 kg. pada GR perlakuan A menunjukkan nilai 0,2-0,4 gr/hari perlakuan B juga memiliki nilai 0,2- 0,4 gr/hari, SGR pada perlakuan A menunjukkan nilai 1,6-8,2% perlakuan B menunjukkan nilai 1,8-4,9%, pada parameter FCR perlakuan A menunjukkan nilai FCR 1,3-1,8 perlakuan B menunjukkan nilai 1,6-2.
English Abstract
Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is a leading fishery commodity in Indonesia. Market demand continues to increase both in national and international markets. The presence of disease is the biggest faktor causing the failure of aquaculture production. Diseases in cultivation activities are caused by bacteria and water quality. Vibrio sp. is a bacterium that often causes disease. Plankton BGA that exceeds the threshold can cause a decrease in water quality which can reduce the growth performance of vannamei shrimp. One of the efforts that can be done to control the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria and BGA plankton is by applying a disinfectant, namely paracetic acid. This is because paracetic acid contains light molecules that can damage the bacterial cell structure so that it can reduce its abundance. This study aims to determine the effect and differences in the use of paracetic acid on the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria, BGA plankton and the growth performance of vannamei shrimp in semi-intensive aquaculture systems. This research was conducted at the PHP Farm in Patutrejo Village, Grabag District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java in September-November 2021. The research method used is experimental method with data analysis method using t-test to determine the effect of giving paracetic acid to differences in the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria, BGA plankton and growth performance of vannamei shrimp. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 3 replications. The results showed that paracetic acid had an effect on the abundance of Vibrio sp. Treatment A had an average of 410-520 CFU/ml and treatment B had an average of 1,500-2,900 CFU/ml. In BGA plankton, treatment A had an average of 40,000-81,000 cells/ml and treatment B had an average abundance between 190,000-330,000 cells/ml. SR treatment A had an average of 67.33%, treatment B had an average of 28.77% and treatment A's productivity had an average of 1222.6 kg, treatment B had an average of 622.2 kg. in GR treatment A shows a value of 0.2-0.4 g/day treatment B has a value of 0.2- 0.6 g/day, SGR in treatment A shows a value of 1.6-8.2% treatment B shows a value of 1 ,8-4.9%, the FCR parameter of treatment A shows an FCR value of 1.3- 1.8, treatment B shows a value of 1.6-2. The conclusion of this study is that the application of paracetic acid has an effect on the abundance of Vibrio sp. and BGA plankton. The application of paracetic acid gave a significant difference to the SR and productivity parameters and did not differ significantly to the GR, SGR and FCR parameters.
