Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh turbulensi lingkungan, kapabilitas dinamik, entrepreneurial marketing, aliansi strategis, kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pencapaian keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan UMKM ekonomi kreatif. Sekaligus menguji peran mediasi entrepreneurial marketing dan aliansi strategis dalam hubungan antara turbulensi lingkungan dan kapabilitas dinamik dengan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan dan menguji efek moderasi kebijakan pemerintah dalam hubungan antara entrepreneurial marketing dan aliansi strategis dengan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 130 UMKM ekonomi kreatif kerajinan yang ada di Malang Raya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan software WarpPLS6.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa turbulensi lingkungan dan aliansi strategis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Kapabilitas dinamik dan entrepreneurial marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Entrepreneurial marketing dan aliansi strategis tidak memediasi hubungan turbulensi lingkungan dengan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Entrepreneurial marketing memediasi secara parsial hubungan kapabilitas dinamik dengan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Kebijakan pemerintah memoderasi semu pengaruh entrepreneurial marketing dan aliansi strategis terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan sekaligus menjadi prediktor bagi keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Loading faktor tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh entrepreneurial marketing diikuti kapabilitas dinamik, kebijakan pemerintah, aliansi strategis dan turbulensi lingkungan. Dengan demikian UMKM ekonomi kreatif harus fokus pada pengembangan entrepreneurial marketing dan kapabilitas dinamik sekaligus mengoptimalkan aliansi strategis agar berdampak besar pada keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Pemerintah dapat memperkuat entrepreneurial marketing dan aliansi strategis tersebut sekaligus memberikan fasilitasi, dukungan dan kebijakan yang mendorong peningkatan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of environmental turbulence, dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial marketing, strategic alliances, and government policies on the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage of micro, small and medium creative enterprises and to assess the role of entrepreneurial marketing and strategic alliances in mediating the relationship between environmental turbulence and dynamic capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage and the effect of government policies in moderating the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and strategic alliances and sustainable competitive advantage This study was conducted in 130 micro, small and medium craft enterprises in Malang Raya. Using SEM-PLS in WarpPLS 6.0, this study finds that environmental turbulence and strategic alliances do not have any significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage and that dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial marketing have significant effects on sustainable competitive advantage. Furthermore, entrepreneurial marketing and strategic alliances do not mediate the relationship between environmental turbulence and sustainable competitive advantage, but they partially mediate the relationship between dynamic capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage. Finally, government policy moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and strategic alliances and sustainable competitive advantage, and at the same time it serves as the predictor of sustainable competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial marketing has the highest loading factor, followed by dynamic capabilities, government policies, strategic alliances, and environmental turbulence. Thus, micro, small and medium enterprises in creative economy must focus on developing their entrepreneurial marketing and dynamic capabilities while optimizing strategic alliances to greatly improve their sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, the government can strengthen entrepreneurial marketing and strategic alliances while providing facilitation, support, and policies that encourage improvements in sustainable competitive advantage.
