Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat, pengaruh kepribadian dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, serta peran kepribadian sebagai mediasi pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat, peran komitmen kerja sebagai mediasi pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat, peran komitmen kerja. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada rumah sakit tipe B di provinsi Maluku. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat yang ada pada tiga rumah sakit yaitu Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Haulussy, Rumah Sakit Tingkat II dr. J. A. Latumeten dan Rumah Sakit Khusus Provinsi Maluku. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 217 perawat. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepribadian dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Komitmen kerja memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepribadian memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat. Komitmen kerja memiliki kontribusi yang paling besar dalam memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan budaya lokal Maluku pela gandong terhadap kinerja perawat. Dengan demikian, komitmen kerja merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat pada rumah sakit di Provinsi Maluku.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of workplace spirituality and pela gandong (a Maluku’s local culture) on nurse’s performance, the influence of personality and occupational commitment on nurse’s performance, the role of personality in mediating the influence of workplace spirituality and pela gandong on nurse’s performance, and the role of occupational commitment in mediating the influence of workplace spirituality and pela gandong on nurse’s performance. This study was conducted in class B hospitals in Maluku province. The population is all nurses working at dr. Haulussy Regional General Hospital, dr. J. A. Latumeten Hospital and Maluku Province Special Hospital, from which 217 people were selected as the sample. The analysis was performed using SEM-PLS in SmartPLS. The results of the study prove that workplace spirituality and pela gandong do not directly influence nurse’s performance and that personality and occupational commitment have a significant effect on nurse’s performance. In addition, occupational commitment mediates the effect of workplace spirituality and pela gandong on nurse’s performance, and personality mediates the influence of workplace spirituality and pela gandong on nurse’s performance. Further, occupational commitment has the highest contribution in mediating the influence of workplace spirituality and pela gandong on nurse’s performance. Thus, occupational commitment is an important factor that must be addressed to improve the performance of nurses in hospitals in Maluku Province.
