Abstract
Inseminasi Buatan merupakan teknologi reproduksi yang mampu meningkatkan produktifitas ternak dan meningkatkan mutu genetik ternak. Sexing merupakan teknologi dalam inseminasi buatan yaitu pemisahan kromosom X dan Y. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi pemberian kosentrat dan mikronutrien terhadap keberhasilan IB menggunakan semen sexing. Materi penelitian ini menggunakan sapi betina persilangan limousin sebanyak 45 ekor, pakan konsentrat HQFS, dan Booster. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimental percobaan lapang (field experiment), dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu porposive sampling, dilakukan IB menggunakan semen sexing sapi limousine dengan metode pemisahan SGDP. Inseminasi buatan dengan metode dobel dosis pada jam ke 2 dan jam ke 8, dengan deposisi semen 4+ (Cornua uteri), dilanjutkan dengan penyuntikan BIO ATP, dan sapi akseptor yang diberi perlakuan pakan yaitu sebanyak 1kg/ekor/hari selama 30 hari. Variabel penelitian yaitu: Non Return Rate (NRR), Conception Rate (CR), dan Pregnancy Rate (PR). Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian keberhasilan IB meliputi Non Return Rate (NRR), Pregnancy Rate dan Conception Rate (CR) dianalisa menggunakan deskriptif, kualitas pakan akseptor IB meliputi konsumsi BK, PK dan TDN, dan perbandingan Kebutuhan pakan dengan konsumsi pakan. Penelitian performan akseptor meliputi bobot badan (BB), Body Condition Score (BCS) di analisis menggunakan (RAK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tampilan reproduksi hasil Nilai NRR-1 tertinggi yaitu pada P2 sebesar 93,33% P0 sebesar 80% dan terkecil yaitu pada P1 yaitu 73,33%, Sedangkan pada NRR-2 secara berturut turut yang tertinggi yaitu pada P2 sebesar 86,67%, P0 sebesar 73,33% dan P0 yaitu 66,67%. Conception Rate (CR) antar perlakuan sama yaitu 26,7 %, dan PR terbesar yaitu pada perlakuan P1 sebesar 33% sedangkan P0 dan P2 yaitu 26,67%. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa tingginya konsumsi BK, PK, dan TDN mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan kebuntingan.
English Abstract
Artificial Insemination is a reproductive technology that can increase livestock productivity and improve livestock genetic quality. Sexing is a technology in artificial Insemination, namely the separation of the X and Y chromosomes. This study aimed to evaluate the administration of concentrates and micronutrients on the success of AI using sexing semen. The research material used 45 limousine-crossed cows, HQFS concentrate feed, and Booster. This research method uses experimental field experiments with a sampling technique of purposive sampling, and AI is carried out using limousine cattle sexing semen with the SGDP separation method. Artificial Insemination with double dose method at 2 and 8 hours, with 4+ semen deposition (Cornua uteri), followed by BIO ATP injection, and acceptor cows were given feed treatment of 1 kg/head/day for 30 days. The research variables are Non-Return Rate (NRR), Conception Rate (CR), and Pregnancy Rate (PR). The data obtained from the research resulted from the success of AI. The components are Non-Return Rate (NRR), Pregnancy Rate (PR), and Conception Rate (CR). They were analyzed using descriptive feed quality of AI acceptors, including DM, CP, TDN, and a comparison of feed requirements with feed consumption. The acceptor's performance research includes bodyweight (BW), Body Condition Score (BCS) in the analysis using Randomized Block Design (RDB). The results showed that the reproduction display showed that the highest NRR-1 value was at T2 of 93.33%, T0 was 80%, and the smallest was at T1, which was 73.33%, while the highest was NRR-2 was at T2 of 86,67, T0 is 73.33%, and T1 is 66.67%. Conception Rate (CR) between treatments was the same, 26.7%, and the most significant PR was in treatment T1 of 33%, while P0 and P2 were 26.67%. The study concludes that the high consumption of DM, CP, and TDN affects the success rate of pregnancy.
