Abstract
Kegagalan lereng dan tanah longsor masih menjadi masalah serius dan sering terjadi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Bila terjadi kegagalan lereng ini maka dapat menyebabkan kerugian baik secara materil dan imateril. Studi kegagalan lereng ini berada di ruas jalan Trenggalek – Ponorogo (Km 16+650 – Km 17+750) dan (Km 17+400 – Km 17+550) Provinsi Jawa Timur dimana memiliki kondisi topografi curam. Dari berbagai macam faktor penyebab kegagalan lereng dan tanah longsor maka perlu mengetahui faktor aman lereng pada ruas jalan Trenggalek – Ponorogo. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas lereng asli menggunakan bantuan software Geo5 didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai faktor aman terhadap stabilitas lereng ≤ 1,5 tanpa adanya pengaruh gempa. Sedangkan untuk stabilitas lereng dengan pengaruh gempa didapatkan hasil faktor aman terhadap lereng alami ≤ 1,1. Berdasarkan analisis nilai faktor aman kondisi eksisting yang menyatakan bahwa lereng asli tidak aman oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya perbaikan lereng menggunakan dinding penahan sebagai upaya penanganan kelongsoran lereng. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas lereng kembali setelah adanya perbaikan lereng dengan dinding penahan menunjukan nilai angka aman yang lebih baik dengan kondisi tanpa gampa dengan nilai ≥ 1,5 dan nilai angka aman ≥ 1,1 akibat beban gempa. Sedangkan untuk mengatasi masalah kegagalan lereng menggunakan dinding penahan membutuhkan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 11.934.155.000,00.
English Abstract
Slope failure and landslide are still a seriously problem and occur on various parts in Indonesia. If this slope failure occurs, it can cause property losses and fatalities. This slope failure study is located on Trenggalek – Ponorogo road (Km 16+650 – Km 16+750) and (Km 17+400 – Km 17+550) East Java Province which has steep topography condition. From the results of the original slope analysis using the Geo5 software, it found that the safety factor values for slope stability was ≤ 1,5 without earthquake effect. As for the stability of the slope with the influence of the earthquake, the results of the safety factor for the original slopes of ≤ 1,1 Based on the analysis of the safety factor, the existing condition that the original slope is not safe therefor necessary to improve the slope repair using retaining wall as an effort to handle slope failure. From the results analysis slope stability of the slope again after repairing the slope with retaining wall, it show better safety without earthquake effect with value ≥ 1,5 and safe value of ≥ 1,1 due to earthquake load. Meanwhile to resolve the problem solve of slope failure using retaining wall requires a budget of Rp. 11.934.155.000.
