Abstract

Jamur tiram tumbuh optimal pada kisaran suhu 28 - 30°C dan kelembapan 80 - 90%. Indonesia sebagai negara tropis sangat cocok untuk budidaya jamur tiram, namun untuk kelembapan tetap harus dikontrol. Upaya yang biasa dilakukan kurang efektif, yakni menyemprotkan air ke jamur di dalam kumbung setiap pagi dan sore hari. Sebuah bangunan dengan istilah Closed Plant Production System (CPPS) yang dilengkapi sistem kontrol perlu dibuat dikembangkan sebagai solusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah merancang dan menguji performansi sebuah sistem kontrol kelembapan berbasis Neuro Fuzzy pada CPPS untuk budidaya jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Komponen utama terdiri dari miktrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560, sensor SHT11, dan pompa diaphragm yang terhubung dengan mist nozzle sebagai aktuator. Uji performansi sistem kontrol dilakukan dengan menjalankan kontrol dengan basis neuro fuzzy serta memberikan gangguan dalam ruangan CPPS. Hasil dari sistem kontrol kelembapan berbasis neuro fuzzy yang dijalankan penelitian ini yang dapat mencapai kondisi steady-state dalam waktu 5 menit. Dengan kelembapan error tertinggi sebesar 0,68% dan error terendah sebesar 0,06%. Kecepatan pemulihan kelembapan dalam ruangan CPPS saat diberi gangguan adalah 2,25% per menit. Hasil dari uji perbandingan perlakuan sistem kontrol neuro fuzzy, fuzzy dan metode konvensional “berpengaruh sangat nyata” terhadap rerata massa jamur tiram putih per-baglog. Hasil dari uji perbandingan perlakuan sistem kontrol neuro fuzzy, fuzzy dan metode konvensional “tidak berpengaruh nyata” terhadap rerata panjang batang jamur tiram putih per-baglog. Hasil dari uji perbandingan perlakuan sistem kontrol neuro fuzzy, fuzzy dan metode konvensional “tidak berpengaruh nyata” terhadap rerata diameter tudung jamur tiram putih per-baglog.

English Abstract

Oyster mushrooms grow optimally in relative humidity of 80 - 90%. Indonesia as a tropical country is very suitable for oyster mushroom cultivation, but relative humidity must be controlled. The usual effort is ineffective, by spraying water to mushroom inside kumbung (mushroom cultivation building) every morning and evening. A building called a Closed Plant Production System (CPPS) equipped with a control system needs to be developed as a solution. The purpose of this study was to design and do a performance test of a neuro fuzzy-based relative humidity control system inside CPPS for white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) cultivation. The main components consist of Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller, SHT11 sensor, and diaphragm pump connects with mist nozzle as an actuator. The performance test was carried out by running neuro fuzzy based control system and giving disturbance inside CPPS room. As a result, this control system was able to reach a steady-state condition within 5 minutes. The highest relative humidity error was 0.73% and the lowest error was 0.09%. The recovery rate of relative humidity inside CPPS when its disturbed was 2.25% per minute. The results of the comparison test of the treatment of the neuro fuzzy control system, fuzzy control system, and conventional methods "give a high significant effect" on the average mass of white oyster mushrooms. The results of the comparison test of the treatment of the neuro fuzzy control system, fuzzy control system, and conventional methods "give no significant effect" on the average stem length of white oyster mushroom. The results of the comparison test of the treatment of the neuro fuzzy control system, fuzzy control system, and conventional methods "have no significant effect" on the average cap diameter of the white oyster mushroom.
