Abstract

Pengelolaan informasi adalah segala proses yang dilakukan untuk mengolah data mentah menjadi data yang bernilai dan memiliki informasi berguna bagi setiap individu yang menggunakannya. Pengelolaan informasi pada museum pun menjadi satu proses yang perlu ditekankan, dimana nilai atau informasi sejarah dapat disampaikan dan disebarluaskan untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi individu yang menggunakannya. Museum Majapahit satu-satunya dan berfokus pada peninggalan-peninggalan masa majapahit yang menjadi kerajaan terbesar pada masa lampau serta telah menjadi bagian dari Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Jawa Timur tentunya menjadi suatu keuntungan dan keistimewaan tersendiri dalam pengolahan data, penyajian koleksi hingga pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang proses pengelolaan informasi serta penciptaan pengetahuan yang diterapkan di Pengelolaan Informasi Majapahit (PIM) atau Museum Majapahit. Teori yang peneliti gunakan d alam penelitian ini yaitu siklus pengolahan data oleh Siswanto (2018:189) dan model penciptaan pengetahuan SECI oleh Nonaka dan Konno (1998:42). Siklus pengolahan data ini memuat tahapan proses pengumpulan data, penghalusan data, pengolahan data, keluaran hasil, dan pemeliharaan data. Serta dalam model penciptaan pengetahuan SECI memuat socialization, combination, externalization, and internalization. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode analisis interaktif data oleh Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam pengelolaan informasi di Pengelolaan Informasi Majapahit (PIM) atau Museum Majapahit Trowulan Mojokerto, telah mencakup siklus pengolahan data yang dikemukakan oleh Siswanto (2018:189), namun berdasar temuan penelitian terdapat pendataan yang kurang tepat, minimnya sumber atas artefak dikarenakan catatan yang telah lama. Serta penciptaan pengetahuan telah mencakup model SECI yang dikemukakan oleh Nonaka dan Konno (1998:42), namun berdasar temuan tidak adanya informasi yang didokumentasikan dalam bentuk tercetak untuk dapat dibaca atau dibawa oleh pengunjung.

English Abstract

Information management is the process undertaken to process raw data into valuable data that has useful information for every individual who uses it. Management information about the museum has become one process that must be emphasized for the value of historical information to be conveyed and distributed to add knowledge to the individuals who use it. The Museum of Majapahit focused exclusively on the relics of the Majapahit period, which became the greatest empire in the past and has become a part of the Institute for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage in East Java, which would give an advantage and distinction in the processing of the data, the presentation of the collection, and its utilization. This study aims to describe and analyze the process of managing information as well as the creation of knowledge that is applied in the Management of Information Majapahit (PIM) or the Museum of Majapahit. The theories that researchers used in this study are Siswanto's (2018:189) and the model of knowledge creation, SECI, by Nonaka and Konno (1998:42). The data processing cycle includes the stages of the data collection process, the smoothing of data, processing of data, output results, and data maintenance. As well as in the model of knowledge creation, SECI loads socialization, combination, externalization, and or documents within an organization. The method of research is qualitative research, with methods of analysis including interactive data by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results shown in the management information in the Majapahit (PIM) or Majapahit Trowulan Mojokerto, include a data processing cycle proposed by Siswanto (2018:189), but based on the findings of the study, the data is less precise due to the lack of artifacts due to the note that has long been As well as the creation of knowledge, it includes a model SECI proposed by Nonaka and Konno (1998:42) based on the findings of the absence of information that is documented in a printed form to be read or taken by visitors
