Abstract
Berdasarkan Surat Edaran Mendikbud (Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, 2020) Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran (Covid-19) melalui Surat Edaran Sekretaris Jenderal No.15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Belajar dari Rumah selama Darurat Bencana (Covid-19). Pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak diatur dalam Surat Edaran No 15 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar Dari Rumah Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan variabel intervening. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi pada prestasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Bantur dan SMPN 4 Kepanjen yang dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) diterimanya Ha1 terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Bantur dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 16,683 > t tabel 1.971 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan SMPN 4 Kepanjen dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 25.310 > t tabel 1.969. (2) diterimanya Ha2 terdapat pengaruh pengaruh keterlibatan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Bantur dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.298 > t tabel sebesar 1,971. Dan SMPN 4 Kepanjen dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5.179 > t tabel sebesar 1.969. (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Bantur dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.364 > t tabel sebesar 1,971. Dan SMPN 4 Kepanjen dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5.901 > t tabel sebesar 1.969. (4) Terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar SMPN 2 Bantur dengan nilai r sebesar 0,172 dan nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 2,091 dan t tabel sebesar 1.971. Dan SMPN 4 Kepanjen dengan nilai r sebesar 0,305 dan nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 12,590 > t tabel sebesar 1.969. (5) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar dibuktikan dengan Equal variances not assumed yaitu pada nilai Sig. (2- tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan memiliki perbedaan sebesar 39.43430. (5) Rata- rata prestasi siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMPN 4 Kepanjen diperoleh 87,51% lebih tinggi dari rata-rata prestasi Siswa SMPN 2 Bantur sebesar 75,41%
English Abstract
Based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education and Culture, 2020) Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies During the Emergency Period of Spread (Covid-19) through the Circular of the Secretary General No. 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning from Home during Disaster Emergency (Covid) -19). The importance of parental involvement in accompanying children is regulated in Circular Letter No. 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning from Home in an Emergency Period for the Spread of CoronaVirus Disease 19 (Covid-19). This research is a type of comparative descriptive research with a quantitative approach using intervening variables. This study aims to describe the phenomena that occur in student achievement at SMPN 2 Bantur and SMPN 4 Kepanjen which are influenced by parental involvement and learning motivation, either directly or indirectly. The results of this study are (1) the acceptance of Ha1 has the effect of parental involvement on the learning motivation of SMPN 2 Bantur students as evidenced by the t-count value of 16.683 > t table 1.971 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And SMPN 4 Kepanjen evidenced by the value of t count of 25,310 > t table 1,969. (2) the acceptance of Ha2 has the effect of parental involvement on student achievement at SMPN 2 Bantur as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.298 > t-table of 1.971. And SMPN 4 Kepanjen evidenced by the value of t count of 5,179 s > t table of 1,969. (3) there is an effect of motivation on student achievement at SMPN 2 Bantur as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.364 > t-table of 1.971. And SMPN 4 Kepanjen evidenced by the value of t count of 5,901 > t table of 1,969. (4) There is an effect of parental involvement on learning achievement through learning motivation at SMPN 2 Bantur with an r-value of 0.172 and a t-count value of 2.091 and a t-table of 1.971. And SMPN 4 Kepanjen with an r-value of 0.305 and a t-count value of 12,590 > t-table of 1,969. (5) There is a difference in learning achievement as evidenced by Equal variances not assumed, namely the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05 and has a difference of 39.43430. (5) The average achievement of students in grades VII and VIII of SMPN 4 Kepanjen was 87.51% higher than the average achievement of students of SMPN 2 Bantur of 75.41%.
