Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan Kapanlagi Youniverse Menteng Jakarta yang berjumlah 722. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling. Kriteria sampel adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Kapanlagi Youniverse Menteng Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online berupa google form. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (Y) dan job satisfaction (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (Y). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja (X1) dan job satisfaction (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (Y).

English Abstract

This study was aimed at identifying and explaining the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is 722 employees of Kapanlagi Youniverse Menteng Jakarta. On this research using the method of exploratory research with a descriptive approach. The variables used in this research are working environment, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. The number of samples used in this research is 88 respondents taken using sampling techniques. Criteria samples are employees who work at Kapanlagi Youniverse Menteng Jakarta. Data collection method use a survey method by spreading online questionnaires in a google form. The results of the double-liner regression analysis show that working environment (X1) has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (Y) and job satisfaction has an influence but not significant on organizational citizenship behavior (Y). Simultaneously, work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior (Y)
