Abstract
Kolaborasi merupakan bisnis proses perusahaan Third Party Logistics dalam upaya pemenuhan sumber daya (resources), yaitu kapasitas gudang, armada, sistem informasi dan orang. Order customer dipenuhi oleh perusahaan Third Party Logistics baik menggunakan aset milik sendiri atau sewa kepada mitranya. Kolaborasi dilakukan oleh perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik dalam rangka mengoptimalkan sumber daya masing-masing perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan Third Party Logistics, kemudian menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok yang dimediasi oleh inovasi radikal dan inovasi inkremental. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 perusahaan third party logistics. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan wawancara. Alat analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) software AMOS 20. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kolaborasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok tidak signifikan, yaitu kemampuan perusahaan untuk melakukan kolaborasi dengan perusahaan lain tidak meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok secara langsung. Peran inovasi radikal dan inovasi inkremental signifikan memediasi kolaborasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Peran inovasi radikal sangat kuat dibandingkan dengan peran inovasi inkremental sebagai variabel mediasi, namun peran inovasi inkremental yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dapat berpengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok, oleh karena itu, inovasi memiliki peran penting pada perusahaan third party logistic yang memediasi pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap peningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok.
English Abstract
Collaboration is the business process of third-party logistics companies in the fulfillment of resource such as warehouse capacity, fleet, information system, and people. Customer’s orders are fulfilled by third-party logistics companies using either their own assets or those rented from their partners. Collaboration is made by logistic service providers to optimize their own resources in improving supply chain performance. The objective of this research is to assess and analyze the effect of collaboration on the supply chain performance of third-party logistics companies and to assess and analyze the effect of collaboration on supply chain performance with the mediation of radical innovation and incremental innovation. The sample of this study is 100 third-party logistics companies. The data of this study was collected from surveys and interviews, statistically analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling in AMOS 20. This study finds that the direct influence of collaboration on supply chain performance is insignificant, in which the capacity of the companies to collaborate with other companies does not directly improve supply chain performance. Furthermore, radical innovation and incremental innovation significantly mediate the effect of collaboration on supply chain performance, in which the role of radical innovation is stronger than that of incremental innovation. However, continuous incremental innovation can have a major influence in the improvement of supply chain performance. Hence, innovation has an important role in third-party logistics companies by mediating the effect of collaboration on supply chain performance.
