Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan karena terjadi realitas pergeseran makna pembiayaan mudharabah, yaitu dari hubungan kerjasama yang setara menjadi hubungan utang-piutang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kembali konsep baru pembiayaan mudharabah dengan menggunakan perspektif serat wulang-reh (Tasawuf Islam Jawa) dan metode nilainilai tembang serat wulang-reh. Perspektif serat wulang-reh digunakan untuk mengkonstruksi konsep baru pembiayaan mudharabah berdasarkan serat wulangreh. Situs penelitian adalah Bank FIB Pusat dan Bank IFB Pusat yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Informan penelitian adalah praktisi perbankan pusat, pelaku usaha mikro kerakyatan (mitra usaha perbankan), ulama di luar Dewan Pengawas Syariah, dan budayawan-sejarawan. Berdasarkan penggunaan metode nilai-nilai tembang serat wulang-reh, berhasil didekonstruksi suatu konsep pembiayaan mudharabah yang baru, yakni: akad pembiayaan kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh shahibul maal dan mudharib utomo dengan eling dan ngati-ati berdasarkan prinsip kebersihan hati, menghargai masing-masing kontribusi, amiguna ing aguna, tuna satak bathi sanak, saling membutuhkan, dan saling memberi yang berakhir dengan berbagi keuntungan bersama secara ikhlas, damai, dan kekeluargaan. Konsep pembiayaan mudharabah perspektif wulang-reh ini merupakan hasil pamoring (penyatuan) antara elemen gusti (tujuan rohani atau spiritual) dengan elemen kawula (tujuan material). Konsep pembiayaan makrifat tersebut mengandung nilai-nilai ruh Islam, yakni: keadilan, kesetaraan, kejujuran, dan persaudaraan yang sejalan dengan tingkatan tertinggi kesempurnaan ibadah manusia. Di samping itu, dengan memperhatikan urutan tembang-tembang tersebut dapat diturunkan operasionalisasi konsep pembiayaan mudharabah berdasarkan serat wulang-reh.
English Abstract
This study was conducted due to the shift of meaning of mudharabah financing from equal cooperation relationship to loan-debt relationship. Therefore, the objective of this study is to reformulate a new concept of mudharabah financing using the perspective of serat wulang-reh (Javanese Islamic tasawwuf) and values of tembang serat wulang-reh. The perspective of serat wulang-reh was used to construct a new concept of mudharabah financing based on serat wulang-reh. The sites of this research are the central offices of FIB and IFB banks in Jakarta. The informants are practitioners of the banks’ central offices, people microbusiness owners (the banks’ business partners), ulema outside the Sharia Supervisory Board, and cultural historians. The values of tembang serat wulang-reh were deconstructed, producing a new concept for mudharabah financing: a partnership financing contract between shahibul maal and mudharib utomo with the codes of eling and ngati-ati based on the principles of keeping the purity of heart, appreciating the contribution of each party, amiguna ing aguna, tuna satak bathi sanak, needing each other, and giving to each other which eventually create profit sharing with the spirit of sincerity, peace, and kinship. This concept of mudharabah financing that uses wulang-reh perspective is the result of pamoring (unification) between the element of gusti (spiritual objective) and the element of kawula (material objective). This makrifat financing concept contains the values of Islamic spirit; they are justice, equality, honesty, and kinship, which are relevant with the highest level of human’s service to God. Furthermore, the operationalization of the concept of mudharabah financing based on serat wulang-reh can be derived by studying the order of the tembang.
