Abstract
Dukungan serta sikap dari seorang suami dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 ini dinilai sangat berperan besar pada kesehatan mental Ibu yang sedang hamil, hal ini dikarenakan ibu hamil kondisi dapat memburuk oleh dukungan keluarga yang secara langsung kurang terutama dukungan dari seorang suami. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan, 8 dari 10 orang ibu hamil menyatakan bahwa dirinya cemas untuk menghadapi proses persalinan dimasa pandemi, tingkat kecemasan yang dirasakan berbeda-beda tercatat mulai dari kecemasan ringan hingga bahkan sedang. Peneliti merasa perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian terhadap Hubungan dari variabel Dukungan Sosial oleh Suami dan variabel tingkat Kecemasan Ibu yang sedang Hamil di Puskesmas Wilayah Kerja Kecamatan Kramatjati, Jakarta timur pada saat pandemi. Desain penelitian ini yaitu korelasi potong lintang. Ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kramatjati Jakarta Timur dipilih untuk menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini diikuti dengan teknik nonprobablity sampling, purpose sampling. Berdasarkan hasil dari penghitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan ketetapan tingkat derajat kesalahan adalah sebesar 5% diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kramatjati Jakarta Timur yang memenuhi kriteria. Didapatkan hasil nilai Sig. (2- tailed) Spearman sebesar 0,531. Kesimpulannya tidak terdapat hubungan yang dinilai signifikan diantara variabel tingkat kecemasan dari ibu yang sedang hamil dengan dukungan social suami di masa pandemic.
English Abstract
Husband's support and attitude in dealing with the COVID 19 pandemic is a major role in the mental health of pregnant women, as the lack of direct family support, especially from the husband, can worsen the condition of the pregnant woman. Is considered to be. Based on the results of the preliminary survey, 8 out of 10 pregnant women said they were worried about managing the childbirth process during a pandemic. Based on this, researchers are interested in investigating the relationship between the variables of social support from husbands and the variable levels of anxiety of pregnant mothers at a public health center in the Kramat Jati district of East Jakarta during a pandemic. I have. The design of this study is a cross-sectional correlation. Pregnant women from Puskesmas Kramatjati in East Jakarta were selected as the population for this study, followed by improbable sampling techniques and objective sampling. Based on the calculation results using the Slovin formula, which determined the degree of error to be 5%, it was found that a sample of 66 pregnant women from the Kramat Jati Public Health Center in East Jakarta meets the criteria.
