Abstract

Kelebihan penggunaan komputer dalam suatu organisasi publik yaitu berkenaan dengan kemampuan komputer dalam mengolah dan mencatat data lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan daya ingat manusia, walaupun pengambilan keputusan tetap dilakukan oleh manusia. Kemudian, berkenaan dengan adanya sistem komputerisasi yang sudah berkembang pesat di penjuru dunia, sehingga menuntut pemerintah untuk mendukung penerapan sistem dan menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja (DPM PTSP dan Naker) Kota Batu terus melakukan dukungan terhadap pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis komputer (sistem komputerisasi). Hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan pelayanan publik saat ini yang menuntut serba cepat, tepat, dan akurat yang mengharuskan pemerintah daerah untuk menyesuaikan diri dan mengimplementasikannya dengan baik agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih efektif. Namun, untuk keberlanjutan penyelenggaraannya perlu diukur apakah memang terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sistem komputerisasi dengan efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sistem komputerisasi dan efektivitas kinerja pegawai DPM PTSP dan Naker Kota Batu, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sejauh mana hubungan antara sistem komputerisasi dengan efektivitas kinerja pegawai DPM PTSP dan Naker Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Situs penelitian berada di DPM PTSP dan Naker Kota Batu. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner dan observasi, serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi penelitian. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Sistem Komputerisasi (X) dan variabel terikatnya yaitu Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Penelitian ini mengambil teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, di mana jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Korelasi Pearson Product Moment melalui Program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sistem komputerisasi terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai DPM PTSP dan Naker Kota Batu. Arah hubungan antar variabel bernilai positif dengan tingkat koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,635 berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan besarnya hubungan sistem komputerisasi dengan efektivitas kinerja pegawai adalah 40,3%. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa ditolak diterima, karena 0,635 > 0,235

The advantages of using computers in a public organization are related to the ability of computers to process and record data that is superior to human memory, although decision making is still done by humans. With regard to the existence of a computerized system that has developed rapidly throughout the world, thus requiring the government to support the implementation of the system and adapt to existing needs. The One Stop Integrated Service and Manpower Investment Service (DPM PTSP and Naker) of Batu City continues to support the use of computer-based information systems (computerized system). This is in line with the current development of public services that demand fast, precise, and accurate pace, which requires local governments to adapt and implement them properly so that employee performance becomes more effective. However, for the sustainability of its implementation, it is necessary to measure whether there is a significant relationship between the computerized system and the effectiveness of employee performance. So this study aims to see the computerized system and the effectiveness of the employee performance of DPM PTSP and Naker of Batu City, as well as describe and analyze the extent to which the relationship between the computerized system and the effectiveness of the emplooyee performance of DPM PTSP and Naker of Batu City This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The research site is located at DPM PTSP and Naker of Batu City. The data used are primary data sourced from questionnaires and observations, and secondary data sourced from the literature and research documentation. The independent variable in this study is the Computerized System (X) and the dependent variable is the Effectiveness of Employee Performance (Y). This study uses a saturated sampling technique, where the number of samples is 70 employees. The data analysis method used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Test through the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the computerized system on the effectiveness of the employee performance of DPM PTSP and Naker of Batu City. The direction of the relationship between variables is positive with a correlation coefficient level of 0.635 in the high category. The results of the coefficient of determination test show the magnitude of the relationship between the computerized system and the effectiveness of employee performance is 40.3%. The results of the hypothesis test state that is rejected, is accepted, because 0.635 > 0.235
