Abstract
Jamur merang (Volvariella volvacea) merupakan salah satu jenis jamur pangan yang banyak mengandung nutrisi. Perkembangan budidaya jamur merang saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, terbukti dari data setjen pertanian 2018, konsumsi jamur pertahun meningkat dari 2014 – 2018 naik hingga 0,177% Proses budidaya jamur merang sangat pengaruh terhadap faktor fisik yaitu suhu dan kelembaban. Agar memperoleh pertumbuhan dan buah yang optimal pada jamur merang, dibutuhkan suhu 28 - 35°C dan rentang kelembaban 80 - 90% RH. Jika kondisi pada suhu dan kelembaban ideal maka jamur merang dapat dipanen pada hari ke-10 hingga hari ke-14 dari penanaman bibit. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat sistem kontrol yang diterapkan pada kumbung jamur merang berupa miniatur kumbung dengan kontrol logika fuzzy yang berukuran panjang 50 cm x lebar 50 cm x tinggi 60 cm. Pada perancangan sistem menggunakan metode inferensi fuzzy Mamdani serta aktuator yang digunakan berupa mist maker, kipas DC, lampu dan sensor SHT11 yang digunakan sebagai pengukur suhu dan kelembaban. Setpoint yang ditetapkan adalah 30°C dan 85 % RH. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan dua kondisi waktu yang berbeda yaitu pada siang hari dan malam hari dan terdapat dua parameter pada pengujian sistem, yaitu ketika sistem tanpa gangguan dan sistem diberikan gangguan. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan menggunakan metode Kontrol Logika Fuzzy tipe Mamdani, suhu dan kelembaban mampu memenuhi target setpoint serta layak dipergunakan dengan error steady state kurang dari 5%, overshoot kurang dari 5%, dan settling time kurang dari 30 menit serta waktu panen lebih cepat dan hasil jamur merang lebih berkualitas dibandingkan dengan penanaman yang dilakukan secara konvensional oleh petani jamur merang
English Abstract
Straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea) is a type of mushroom that contains many nutrients. The development of mushroom cultivation is currently experiencing very rapid growth, as evidenced by data from the 2018 General Secretariat of Agriculture, annual mushroom consumption increased from 2014 – 2018 up to 0.177% The process of mushroom cultivation is very influential on physical factors, namely temperature, and humidity. To obtain optimal growth and fruit on straw mushrooms, a temperature of 28 - 35°C is required and a humidity range of 80 - 90% RH. If the conditions at the temperature and humidity are ideal, the straw mushrooms can be harvested on the 10th to 14th day of planting seedlings. This research aims to design and create a control system that is applied to the room mushroom in the form of a miniature room mushroom with fuzzy logic control measuring 50 cm long x 50 cm wide x 60 cm high. In designing the system using the Mamdani fuzzy inference method and the actuators used in the form of a mist maker, DC fan, light bulb, and SHT11 sensor which is used as a temperature and humidity measurement. The setpoint is 30°C and 85% RH. The test system was carried out with two different time conditions, namely during the day and night and there were two parameters in the system test, namely when the system was without disturbance and the system was disturbed. Based on the research results using the Mamdani type Fuzzy Logic Control method, temperature and humidity can meet the target setpoint and are suitable for use with a steady-state error of less than 5%, overshoot of less than 5%, and settling time of fewer than 30 minutes and faster harvest time and yields. Mushrooms are of higher quality compared to conventional cultivation by mushroom farmers
