Abstract
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) On-Grid terpasang di SMAN 8 Malang atau disebut PLTS Bhaskara merupakan salah satu contoh penerapan dan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan berskala menengah di Indonesia. PLTS ini terpasang sebagai atap ruang Laboratorium Pembelajaran Energi Tenaga Surya dengan kapasitas 15,36 kWp On-Grid. Keberadaan PLTS Bhaskara memerlukan analisis untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari segi teknis dan ekonomis setelah pembangunan dan selama pengoperasian. Selain itu juga dapat dijadikan acuan perbaikan dan pengembangan pada setiap kekurangan untuk keberlanjutan pengoperasian PLTS Bhaskara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari segi teknis, ketika dilakukan pengamatan dan perhitungan potensi sumber daya surya, dengan kapasitas daya PLTS terpasang sebesar 15,36 kWp dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 18.114 kWh per tahun. Perbandingan rata-rata antara energi yang terpakai dengan energi keluaran inverter PLTS adalah sebesar 77,17%. Sedangkan perbandingan rata-rata antara energi yang diekspor dengan energi keluaran inverter PLTS adalah sebesar 22,83%. Berdasarkan standar dan ketentuan umum yang berlaku, kondisi komponen-komponen PLTS Solar Bhaskara memiliki prosentase kelayakan sebesar 88,6% atau masih dalam kategori layak untuk dioperasikan. Akan tetapi, ada beberapa hal yang masih perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan, yaitu terkait beberapa kondisi komponen PLTS Solar Bhaskara yang belum sesuai dengan ketentuan umum/ standar pemasangan PLTS yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari segi ekonomis, melakukan simulasi optimisasi HOMER Pro sistem PLTS Solar Bhaskara dapat diketahui bahwa dengan biaya Investasi sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.000,- dan biaya Operasional & Pemeliharaan sebesar Rp. 26.000.000,- per tahun, didapatkan Net Present Cost sebesar Rp. 1.610.000.000,- dan nilai Cost of Energy sebesar Rp. 1.234,- per kWh. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara teoritis, dengan biaya Investasi sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.000,- dan biaya Operasional & Pemeliharaan sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,- per tahun didapatkan nilai Net Present Cost sebesar Rp. 1.030.951.145,- dan didapatkan nilai Cost of Energy sebesar Rp. 818,- per kWh. Berdasarkan kedua metode yang telah dilakukan, maka penerapan sistem PLTS Solar Bhaskara memiliki perbandingan Cost of Energy sebesar 66,3%.

Technical and Economic Analysis on the Operation of Solar Power Plant On-Grid at SMAN 8 of Malang. Advisor Lecturer: Unggul Wibawa and Teguh Utomo. The Solar Power Plant (SPP) installed at SMAN 8 of Malang or called PLTS Solar Bhaskara is one example of the application and utilization of medium-scale renewable energy in Indonesia. This SPP is installed as the roof of the Solar Energy Learning Laboratory with a capacity of 15.36 kWp On-Grid. The existence of PLTS Solar Bhaskara requires analysis to determine the feasibility from a technical and economic point of view after construction and during operation. In addition, it can also be used as a reference for improvement and development on any deficiencies for the PLTS Solar Bhaskara operation sustainability. Based on the analysis results from a technical point of view, when observing and calculating the potential of solar resources, the installed PLTS power capacity of 15.36 kWp can produce electrical energy amount of 18,114 kWh per year. The average comparison between the energy used and the energy output of the PLTS inverter is 77.17%. Meanwhile, the average comparison between the exported energy and the output energy of the PLTS inverter is 22.83%. Based on the applicable standards and general regulations, the condition of the PLTS Solar Bhaskara components has a feasibility percentage of 88.6% or is still in the category of being feasible to operate. However, there are several things that still need to be fixed and improved, namely related to several conditions of the PLTS Solar Bhaskara components that are not in accordance with the general regulations/installation standards of applicable PLTS. Based on the analysis results from an economic point of view, performing an optimization simulation of the HOMER Pro PLTS Solar Bhaskara system, it can be seen that with an investment cost of Rp. 1,000,000,000,- and Operational & Maintenance costs of Rp. 26,000,000, - per year, obtained a Net Present Cost of Rp. 1,610,000,000, - and the value of Cost of Energy is Rp. 1,234,- per kWh.
