Abstract

Sukabumi memiliki banyak jenis usaha mikro yang tersebar baik di wilayah kotamadya maupun kabupaten. Terdapat 14 jenis usaha mikro yang terdaftar, diantara jenis usaha tersebut ada 3 jenis usaha yang memiliki jumlah unit usaha paling besar, yaitu bidang kerajinan, bidang pertanian, dan makanan ringan. UMK yang memproduksi makanan ringan mempunyai jumlah unit usaha lebih tinggi dibandingkan jenis usaha lainnya. Para pelaku usaha makanan ringan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produknya karena kalah bersaing dengan industri skala besar. Dalam menghadapi permasalahan ini Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah menfasilitasi produk dari para pelaku UMK di Sukabumi untuk memasarkan produknya pada ritel modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan manajemen rantai pasok yang diterapkan oleh para pelaku UMK yang menjual produknya pada PT. Yogya Dept. Store kota Sukabumi, (2) menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok penjualan produk dari UMK ke PT. Yogya Dept. Store, dan (3) mengindentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak UMK dalam menjual produknya di PT. Yogya Dept Store. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Berlokasi di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat pada UMK yang menjual produknya pada ritel PT. Yogya Departement Store kota Sukabumi. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 responden diantaranya, 23 UMK dan 1 pihak DPKUKM dengan teknik penentuan menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Untuk mengolah data yang didapat menggunakan kriteria dari Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) lebih lanjut akan diproses menggunakan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam mengelola rantai pasok para UMK menerapkan proses yang diantaranya: make, deliver, return. Analisis menggunakaan AHP dengan standar penilaian reliability, response, dan cost mendapatkan hasil alur rantai pasok dari UMK mana yang paling baik. Untuk keripik singkong dan keripik pisang rantai pasok paling baik berasal dari Sadulur Snack, keripik tempe rantai pasok paling baik berasal dari Rizky Snack, dan keripik opak rantai pasok paling baik berasal dari Kicimpring. Ditemukan permasalahan yang menghambat jalannya sistem pemasaran secara optimal. Untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diberikan beberapa rekomendasi diantaranya, para UMK diminta untuk menganalisis produknya sendiri baik dari segi rasa, visual dan kemasan agar dapat menarik minat konsumen, pihak DPKUKM diminta untuk selalu mengupdate terkait berita atau himbauan dari PT. Yogya Dept. Store kota Sukabumi, disarankan UMK selalu mengaktifkan notifikasi atau men-pinned grup agar terhindar dari miskomunikasi. Kemudian untuk mempermudah pembayaran, dapat menggunakan sistem transfer agar lebih efisien

English Abstract

Sukabumi has many types of micro-enterprises spread both in the municipal and district areas. There are 14 types of registered micro-enterprises, of which three types of businesses have the largest number of business units, namely handicrafts, agriculture, and snacks. MSEs that produce snacks have a higher number of business units than other types of businesses. Snack food business actors still have difficulty in marketing their products because they are unable to compete with large-scale industries. In dealing with this problem, the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises facilitates the products of MSEs in Sukabumi to market their products in modern retail. The aims of this study are: (1) To describe supply chain management applied by MSEs who sell their products to PT. Yogya Dept. Store in Sukabumi city, (2) analyze the supply chain performance of product sales from MSEs to PT. Yogya Dept. Store, and (3) identify the problems faced by MSEs in selling their products at PT. Yogya Dept. Store. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach. Located in Sukabumi, West Java at MSEs which sells its products at retail PT. Yogya Department Store in Sukabumi city. The total respondents in this study were 24 respondents including 23 MSEs and 1 DPKUKM with a determination technique using proportional stratified random sampling. To process the data obtained using the criteria from the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), it will be further processed using the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on the results of research that has been carried out in managing supply chains, MSEs apply processes including: make, deliver, return. Analysis using AHP with assessment standards of reliability, response, and cost gets the results of the supply chain flow from which MSEs are the best. For cassava chips and banana chips, the best supply chain comes from Sadulur Snack, the best supply chain tempe chips comes from Rizky Snack, and the best supply chain opaque chips comes from Kicimpring. Found problems that hinder the marketing system optimally. To help overcome these problems, several recommendations were given including, MSEs were asked to analyze their own products in terms of taste, visuals and packaging in order to attract consumers' interest, DPKUKM parties were asked to always update related news or appeals from PT. Yogya Dept. Store in the Sukabumi city, it is recommended that MSEs always activate notifications or pinned groups to avoid miscommunication. Then to make payments easier, you can use the transfer system to make it more efficient
