Abstract

Peningkatan populasi manusia akan berdampak pada kebutuhan sektor perumahan dan fasilitas kehidupan, akan tetapi pemenuhan kebutuhan ini tidak terpenuhi. Akibatnya, penggunaan lahan terkadang melanggar aturan peruntukannya. Kecamatan Poncokusumo memang memiliki keunggulan lokal serta potensi untuk menarik wisatawan, akan tetapi di sisi lain ada juga berbagai masalah. Penggunaan pupuk kimia yang melebihi batas, tingkat pendapatan di bawah upah minimum regional, dan sejumlah pasar, mengevaluasi keberlanjutan Poncokusumo Agropolitan. Masyarakat masih mengandalkan air yang bersumber dari sungai Amprong karena airnya dianggap masih melimpah, pemantauan dan pengendalian kualitas air dapat dilakukan secara berkala dengan memantau kualitas sungai Amprong Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dampak variasi penggunaan lahan melalui perubahan kualitas air dan menentukan status pencemaran air di sungai Amprong dengan Metode Indeks pencemaran sungai. Metode yang digunakan adalah untuk menentukan dampak penggunaan lahan melalui deskriptif kualitas air kuantitatif kemudian diolah menggunakan metode indeks pencemaran untuk menentukan status kualitas air, untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan lahan melalui uji statistik menggunakan kualitas t (t test) untuk melihat efek antara kualitas tanah dan air yang dihasilkan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menentukan kualitas air, menentukan indeks pencemaran, menentukan pengaruh perubahan lahan pemukiman terhadap kualitas air. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan lahan yang digunakan untuk keseluruhan lokasi memberikan dampak terhadap kualitas air. Terdapat pengaruh terhadap parameter pH, dan DO tetapi BOD, TSS, NO3 dan suhu yang tidak terpengaruh oleh variasi dalam penggunaan lahan. Indeks pencemaran pada keseluruhan lokasi tergolong tercemar ringan. Pada lokasi 1 nilai indeks pencemararan sebesar 2,5 menunjukkan pencemaran ringan, lokasi 2 sebesar 4,45 mengalami pencemaran ringan yang disebabkan karena nilai baku mutu dari parameter BOD, COD, dan DO telah melampaui baku mutu air, sedangkan lokasi 3 memiliki nilai indeks sebesar 3,01 yang berarti telah terjadi tingkat pencemaran ringan, Pencemaran pada lokasi 3 berasal dari BOD, DO, dan COD.

English Abstract

The increase in the human population will have an impact on the needs of the housing sector and living facilities, but the fulfillment of these needs is not met. As a result, land use sometimes violates its allotment rules. Poncokusumo district does have local advantages and the potential to attract tourists, but on the other hand there are also various problems. The use of chemical fertilizers that exceed the limit, income levels below the regional minimum wage, and a number of markets, evaluates the sustainability of Poncokusumo Agropolitan. People still rely on water sourced from the Amprong river because the water is considered still abundant, monitoring and controlling water quality can be done periodically by monitoring the quality of the Amprong river in Malang Regency.Land use in the entire location has an influence on water quality, namely COD and DO, while for pH, BOD, TSS, NO3 and temperature parameters that are not affected by variations in land use. The pollution index in the entire location is classified as mildly polluted, at location 1 which is 2.5 indicates mild pollution, location 2 of 4.45 experiencing mild pollution caused because the quality standard value of BOD, COD, and DO parameters has exceeded water quality standards, and while Location 3 has an index value of 3.01 which means there has been a mild pollution level, Pollution at location 3 comes from BOD, DO, and COD. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of land use variations through changes in water quality and determine the status of water pollution in the Amprong river with the River Pollution Index Method. The method used is to determine the impact of land use through descriptive quantitative water quality then processed using pollution index methods to determine the status of water quality, to determine the impact of land use through statistical tests using quality t (t test) to see the effect between soil quality and water produced. Data processing is carried out by determining water quality, determining pollution index, determining the effect of land changes on water quality. The results showed that the land use used for the entire location had an impact on water quality. There is an influence on pH parameters, and DO but BOD, TSS, NO3 and temperature are not affected by variations in land use. The pollution index in the overall location is classified as lightly polluted. At location 1 the polluting index value of 2.5 indicates mild pollution, location 2 of 4.45 is mild pollution caused because the quality standard value of BOD, COD, and DO parameters has exceeded water quality standards, while location 3 has an index value of 3.01 which means there has been a level of mild pollution, Pollution at location 3 comes from BOD, DO, and COD
