Abstract
Suatu perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya alam wajib menjalankan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan atau dikenal dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR yang disusun oleh Pertamina EP Asset 1 Field Jambi menggabungkan konsep CSR dengan kewirausahaan sosial (social entrepreneurship). Pertamina EP Asset 1 Field Jambi (PEP Jambi) mengerahkan ide dan mengajak masyarakat Kenali Asam Atas membentuk kelompok Gading Mas Jaya untuk menginisiasi Green Edu Agowisata Rumbai Energi atau Gerai Energi. Pengelolaan Gerai Energi membutuhkan modal sosial dan partisipasi kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis modal sosial, partisipasi, dan elemen social entrepreneurship pada program CSR serta menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan partisipasi dengan elemen social entrepreneurship pada program CSR. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gerai Energi yang terdapat pada kelurahan Kenali Asam Atas Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2021 menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel responden non probability sampling dengan saturated sampling dengan jumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tiga cara yaitu wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Analisis statistik inferensial. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik responden dan mendeskripsikan modal sosial, tingkat partisipasi dan elemen social entreprenuership. Analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square untuk menganalisis pengaruh antar konstruk serta pengaruh antara konstruk dan indikatornya. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) modal sosial termasuk dalam kategori sedang (2) partisipasi termasuk dalam kategori sedang 3) social entrepreneurship dalam program CSR termasuk dalam kategori sedang. 4) Pengaruh modal sosial dan partisipasi terhadap program CSR berbasis social entrepreneurship adalah positif dan siginifikan, modal sosial memiliki pengaruh positif paling besar dibandingkan variabel partisipasi dengan nilai 0.69
English Abstract
A company related to natural resource management is required to carry out social and environmental responsibility activities or known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR compiled by Pertamina EP Asset 1 Field Jambi (PEP Jambi) combines the concept of CSR with social entrepreneurship. Pertamina EP Asset 1 Field Jambi mobilized ideas and invited the Kenali Asam Atas community to form the Gading Mas Jaya group to initiate Green Edu Agowisata Rumbai Energi or Gerai Energi. Managing Gerai Energi needed social capital and group participation. The purpose of this study is to analyze social capital, participation, and elements of social entrepreneurship in CSR programs and analyze effect of social capital and participation to elements of social entrepreneurship in CSR programs. This research was conducted at the Gerai Energi which is located in the Kenali Asam Atas village, Jambi City. This research was conducted from April to May 2021 using a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample of respondents non-probability sampling with saturated sampling with a total of 37 people. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, interviews using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data processing of the research results was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and inferentian statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents and to describe social capital, level of participation and elements of social entrepreneurship. Inferential statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square analysis technique to analyze the influence between constructs and the influence between constructs and indicators. Based on the results of data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) social capital is included in the medium category (2) participation is included in the moderate category 3) social entrepreneurship in CSR programs is included in the medium category. 4) The effect of social capital and participation on CSR programs based on social entrepreneurship is positive and significant, social capital has the greatest influence compared to the participation variable with a value of 0.69
