Abstract
Kondisi henti jantung bisa terjadi dimana, salah satunya di rumah sakit. Pertolongan pasien henti jantung di rumah sakit dengan mengaktifkan code blue. Tim code blue terdiri dari dokter, perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya yang sudah terlatih. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik perawat dengan pengetahuan code blue di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional dengan populasi perawat riwat inap. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sejumlah 120 perawat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan jumlah responden yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan yaitu sebanyak 87 responden memiliki mayoritas karakteristik usia rentang usia 26-35 tahun yaitu 40 perawat (46%), jenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 73 perawat (83,9%), status kepegawaian BLUD sebanyak 67 perawat (77%), tingkat pendidikan Ners sebesar 37 perawat (42,5%), lama kerja lebih dari 10 tahun sebesar 61 perawat (70,1%), dan riwayat pelatihan responden 1 kali pelatihan sejumlah 53 perawat (60,9%). Tingkat pengetahuan code blue responden terbanyak dalam kategori baik sebanyak 73 perawat (83,9%). Hasil analisis bivariate menggunakan spearman rho semua karakteristik perawat (usia, jenis kelamin, status kepegawaian, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan riwayat pelatihan) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pengetahuan (p<0,05). Sedangkan karakteristik perawat yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan kuat dengan pengetahuan yaitu lama kerja dan riwayat pelatihan. Disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik perawat dengan pengetahuan code blue. Saran penelitian adalah diharapkan instansi membuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan code blue melalui pelatihan.
English Abstract
Cardiac arrest can occur anywhere, one of them in the hospital. Help cardiac arrest patients at the hospital by activating code blue. The code blue team consists of doctors, nurses and other trained health workers. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of nurses and knowledge of code blue in the inpatient ward of dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. The study design used a cross sectional population with inpatient nurses. Determination of the sample was done by purposive sampling method a number of 120 nurses. The results showed that the number of respondents obtained was not in accordance with the calculation results, namely as many as 87 respondents had the majority of age characteristics ranging from 26-35 years, namely 40 nurses (46%), female gender was 73 nurses (83.9%), BLUD employment status as many as 67 nurses (77%), the level of education of nurses was 37 nurses (42.5%), working years of more than 10 years were 61 nurses (70.1%), and the respondent's training history was 1 training of 53 nurses (60, 9%). The highest level of knowledge of code blue respondents was in the good category as many as 73 nurses (83.9%). The results of bivariate analysis using spearman rho all nurse characteristics (age, gender, employment status, education level, length of work and training history) had a significant relationship with knowledge (p<0.05). While the characteristics of nurses who have a significant and strong relationship with knowledge are length of work and training history. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the characteristics of nurses and knowledge of code blue. Suggestions for research are that agencies are expected to make policies to increase knowledge of code blue through training, outreach and seminars.
