Abstract
Discharge planning adalah suatu tindakan yang bertujuan untuk memandirikan pasien dan keluarga untuk perawatan di rumah setelah pemulangan dari rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang discharge planning dengan pelaksanaannya di IGD RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik total sampling, didapatkan sebanyak 45 responden (71,42%). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Google Form dan lembar kuesioner pengetahuan dan pelaksanaan discharge planning. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang discharge planning dalam kategori baik sejumlah 100% dan pelaksanaan discharge planning dalam kategori cukup sejumlah 53,33%. Analisa data menggunakan uji ststistik Spearman rho dengan tingkat kemaknaan α > 0,05. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi negatif sebesar -0.007 termasuk pada tingkat hubungan sangat rendah dengan nilai p = >0,05 berarti H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang discharge planning dengan pelaksanaannya di IGD RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan yang cukup tidak bisa menjamin perawat dapat memberikan discharge planning dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka disarankan kepada perawat untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan discharge planning sehingga pelaksanaannya lebih optimal.
English Abstract
Discharge planning is an action that aims to make the patient and family independent for home care after discharge from the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about discharge planning and its implementation in the ER RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The research design used was Cross Sectional. The sample was selected using the Total Sampling technique, obtained as many as 45 respondents (71,42%). The instruments used are Google Form and knowledge questionnaire sheets and discharge planning implementation. The results showed that nurses' knowledge of discharge planning in the good category was 100% and the implementation of discharge planning in the sufficient category was 53.33%. Data analysis used the Spearman rho statistical test with a significance level of > 0.05. The results of the statistical test showed a negative correlation coefficient value of -0.007 including a very low level of relationship with p value = > 0.05 meaning H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected, meaning that there was no relationship between nurses' knowledge about discharge planning and its implementation in the IGD RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The conclusion of this study is that sufficient knowledge cannot guarantee nurses can provide discharge planning properly. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for nurses to pay attention to other factors that can affect the implementation of discharge planning so that its implementation is more optimal.
